Good morning! We’re going to welcome the day with this 8 minute meditation, where we’ll begin with some gentle breathing, followed by a gratitude practice for the big and small things, giving thanks as we simmer in these feelings of abundance for being alive right now. We’ll set intentions for the day ahead, and finally call in a pure white light of universal love down into our bodies, to create a force field and shield from anything unwanted. At the end, you’ll be ready for an amazing day ahead with an elevated frequency and protection from anything that doesn’t serve you.

Good morning beautiful human.

Thank you for joining me in carving out this time to set yourself up for an amazing day ahead.

Whether you're still in bed and you've just woken up,

You've made yourself all cozy on the sofa,

Or prefer to sit upright in a chair or on the floor.

The most important thing is that you're ultra comfortable.

Take a moment to adjust your positioning,

And as you allow your body to melt right into the surface that's supporting you,

Notice those points of contact and how they touch your body.

Without making any changes,

Notice your breath as you inhale and exhale.

How does it feel?

What's the texture?

What's the temperature?

Does that temperature change as you breathe in and breathe out?

Continue to breathe normally as you notice this beautiful mechanism that happens so naturally,

So freely.

What a luxury that you're able to take this next breath,

That you woke up this morning,

That you're here right now on this planet,

That you get to be alive today.

Celebrate this feeling as you call in the sensations of gratitude,

As its energy permeates throughout your body like a sparkling golden light.

What other things can you be grateful for?

They may be key,

Significant events that have happened recently,

Or they may be small.

But small does not mean insignificant.

Which resonates with you right now?

Perhaps the luxuries of running water,

Shelter,

Warmth,

Food,

The abilities of your body to think,

To digest,

To sleep,

To move.

The environment around you,

Communities,

Friends,

Family,

Even interactions with a stranger.

Give thanks for these marvelous blessings today and simmer in these feelings of abundance for all these things that you have.

It's an amazing day to be alive.

Take a moment to visualize your day ahead and consider how you want to show up.

How do you want to feel?

How do you want to make others feel?

The interactions,

The locations you move around to,

Everything that you do.

Set an intention now of how you want to show up as your best self today.

Shining from high above,

A pure white light filled with an abundance of universal love glows down at the top of your head,

Above your crown chakra,

Radiating through the top of your head and permeates down through your head,

Face,

Neck,

Shoulders,

Arms and chest.

Torso,

Pelvis and down your thighs,

Calves and all the way down into your feet.

From the base of your feet,

It forms a force field,

An iridescent bubble that circles all the way back up to the top of your head and repeats itself,

Flowing down to your feet and reinforcing in layers,

Forming this protective shield around you.

This strong shield will protect you from anything unwanted in this day ahead,

Anything that isn't for your highest good.

Energies that don't match your frequency simply bounce right off and dissolve.

You are now ready to experience this beautiful day with an elevated frequency and unlimited protection to deflect anything that doesn't serve you.

As this meditation begins to come to a close,

Check back in with your breath.

Become aware of the surface beneath you.

Begin to wriggle your fingers and toes and gradually your hands and feet.

And when you're ready,

You can flutter open your eyes and begin your day.
