Let's begin by getting comfortable in your chair and close your eyes.

As you get comfortable,

Take a deep breath in,

Hold it for a second and as you release,

Let all the stresses of the day go.

Take another deep breath in and release.

You find yourself starting to relax.

All your worries and anxieties are going away.

As you start to relax,

You feel yourself starting to drift off.

You are now standing on the sidewalk next to your car.

You notice that the meter still has time on it and you are so thrilled.

You lock your car,

Take a deep breath in and start walking up the sidewalk.

Even though it's cold and there is still some snow on the ground,

The sun feels so good against your face.

As you walk,

You look around and see the cars passing by and you notice the quaint houses that line both sides of the street.

You feel a sense of freedom wash all over you.

It's been a long time since you have had this time by yourself and it feels wonderful.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

As you approach the corner,

You notice that there is a park across the street.

As you cross the street,

You see a group of kids coming out.

They are chatting away as they pass you and you notice a few of them have ice skates thrown over their shoulders.

As you continue through the gate,

You notice a few people are jogging and riding bicycles and they wave as they pass.

As you look to the right,

You see a number of people skating on the pond.

As you gaze across the pond,

You notice all the beautiful colored hats,

Mittens and scarfs that everyone has on.

It looks like a beautiful rainbow of color moving across the ice.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

As you continue down the path,

You notice to the left a concession stand.

It appears that nobody is behind the counter but as you get closer,

You see there is an elderly man bending over.

As you approach him,

He turns around.

He is all bundled up with a brown heavy coat and a beige scarf with tassels hanging.

He also has a brown tweed cap on his head.

He has rosy cheeks and he has the most beautiful smile.

He hands you a cup of steaming hot cocoa with little white marshmallows on top that look like fluffy clouds.

The heat from the cup feels so warm against your hands.

As you reach into your coat pocket to get your money,

He waves you on.

You thank him and wave goodbye.

You look around for a place to sit and notice there is a bench up ahead on the left.

As you approach it,

You see that the bench is near a magnificent carousel.

You can't help but just stand there gazing up at it.

You sit down on the bench and as you get comfortable,

You notice that this area of the park is deserted.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

As you drink your hot cocoa,

You notice the beautiful design of the carousel.

All the gold accents are polished to perfection and the jewels that crown the top shine brightly.

The colors on the horses are so vibrant,

They look like they might come alive at any moment.

As you're finishing up your hot cocoa,

You get up and as you walk over to throw your cup away,

The carousel suddenly lights up and the music starts to play.

As the carousel begins to move,

You see just how magnificent it really is.

It almost looks magical.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

As you watch the carousel go around,

You start to see your child coming towards you on a beautiful white unicorn.

As they approach you,

You see their radiant smile on their face and they wave as they go by.

The carousel starts to slow down and as it stops,

You notice your child is now in front of you.

You both hug and as you separate,

You sit down on the bench.

Your child is bursting with excitement and can't wait to talk to you.

Take these few minutes now to catch up with your child.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

You start to hear the carousel music and you give your child one more hug.

As you separate,

You notice that the carousel is starting to move.

As you watch the carousel go around,

You notice that there is now a crowd of children on it.

They are so happy.

They are laughing and waving and as it goes around,

You notice that they are all trying to grab the brass ring as they go by.

Your child looks at you and tells you that all these children are part of their friendship circle in heaven.

They are all here united by their love and friendship they have for each other.

As the carousel starts to slow down,

You see the white unicorn appear.

Your child gives you one last kiss and gets on.

They tell you that there's a miracle called friendship that dwells within the heart.

You don't know how it happens or when it gets to start,

But the happiness it brings you always lifts your heart and you realize that friendship is one of God's precious gifts.

As the carousel starts to go,

They blow you a kiss and wave.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

You turn and start walking back to the path.

As you walk down the path,

You notice that most of the people skating on the pond are now milling around at the concession stand.

As you pass the concession stand,

Everyone waves and you wave back.

Everyone seems to be so friendly around here and it gives you a warm feeling inside.

You pass the pond and as you get to the gate,

You look down at your watch and you notice the time.

You realize that the time on the meter is running out.

You hurry across the street and down the sidewalk.

As you approach your car,

You see that there is a ticket on your windshield.

As you take it off,

You notice that it's not a ticket,

It's a note.

You open up the note and it says,

Just passing by and noticed your meter was hungry so I fed it.

I'm sure you would do the same thing for me,

A friend.

As you smile,

You can't help but feel the love wrapped all around you.

You look up and in the clouds,

You see a beautiful rainbow appear.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Take another deep breath in and as you release your breath,

You begin to feel your fingers and toes and you start to wiggle them.

Take another deep breath in and as you release your breath,

This sensation is now traveling throughout your entire body as you awaken.

As you open your eyes,

You feel restored and revitalized,

Infused with infinite divinity and connected eternally with your child in both heart and soul.
