Take a deep breath.

Let all the noise drift away.

Let's clock out and tune in.

Here's affirmations for seasonal depression part two.

A new season has finally arrived.

Another opportunity to grow and evolve is here.

I see that others are thriving.

They seem to be handling the change well.

And all I feel is lost.

I feel confused.

I feel like I'm falling behind.

Sometimes I feel like I just can't keep up.

I feel overwhelmed and exhausted.

And now I see how comparison is making matters worse.

But I'm doing my best now.

I'm doing the best I can in this moment.

I'm doing the best I can throughout this day.

In this new season of life.

I'm paying attention to my cycles.

I challenge myself to get out of my comfort zone.

I'm choosing healthier ways to handle my emotions.

I'm stripping back obligations where needed.

I'm moving my body moving my body to shift my energy.

I'm moving my body to ground myself.

This season I invite movement and wellness into my life.

This season I'm letting things be what they are.

I'm making the commitment to have more joyful experiences.

Because I invite this season to re-inspire me in unimaginable ways.

This season I'm getting out more.

I'm living in the growth zone.

I'm making room for more quiet moments alone.

This season I'm showing up for myself in the capacity I need to.

And I'm showing up for myself in the capacity I need to today.

I'm doing my best.

I'm loving myself through these shifts.

And I will love myself through this season.

Because I'm going to let this season re-inspire me.

I'm going to make the most of this season.

I'm learning how to be my best self this season.

Because I'm making the most of this season.

However that looks for me.

Whatever that means for me.

Whenever shifts are asked of me.
