Morning Meditation - Gratitude & Full System Upgrade With Archangels Metatron & Sandalphon

This is Justin Sinclair at Within the Within and welcome to this morning meditation.

Whatever feels right to you.

Now,

Let us start by giving thanks for this new and wondrous day.

Today,

This moment is a new beginning.

A chance to start again.

The wonderful surprises and unexpected adventure awaits you.

You may know what some of the day holds,

But not all of it.

Together,

Let us meet this beautiful new day,

Knowing that it is filled with opportunity and miracles.

Declare with me now,

I am grateful for this new day.

Allow yourself to become aware of your body.

Feel where it is touching the bed or the surface beneath you.

Breathe in,

Filling yourself with oxygen and care.

Bring consciousness to your body with a breath.

As you inhale,

See light filling your lungs and spreading out into the rest of your body.

As you exhale,

Let go of any lingering tension from the night or your dreams.

Around you,

Beings of the highest light and love appear.

You may recognize them as your guides.

See their light filling your space.

Know that there are angels among these beings who bring you love,

Guidance,

Protection,

And miracles.

Declare with me now,

Above me,

Beings of the highest light and love.

Below me,

Beings of the highest love and light.

On my left,

Beings of the highest light and love.

And on my right,

Beings of the highest love and light.

Within me,

The divine light and love of Source,

I am enveloped by the love and light of Spirit.

Take a deep breath in and hold it.

And release.

Take another deep breath in and hold it.

And release.

And once more,

Take another deep breath in and hold it.

And release.

Now,

We will do a quick round of pumping breaths.

You may know this type of breath as the breath of fire.

It will warm your body and prime you for the day.

Using your diaphragm,

Pump air through your nose and breathe with me now.

And release.

And take a deep breath in and hold it.

Pull up the muscles of your perineum.

Pull in your lower abs,

Middle abs and upper abs.

Send the air and pressure up into your torso,

Neck and right up to the very top of your head.

And hold it.

Hold it.

Hold it.

And exhale.

Gratitude is the magical component of conscious co-creation.

It is the vibration and feeling state from which joy arises and through which we effectively manifest our good.

Let us start with gratitude for our bodies.

Feel every part of your body.

No matter what thoughts or beliefs you have about your body,

It is a miracle of life.

Held together by your thought,

By your mind.

Your body is a repository of intelligence that self-regulates while constantly providing you with feedback and guidance.

Your incredible body is the interface system for this experience of life.

So love your body.

Appreciate your body.

Thank your body for all that it does and will continue to do for you.

Let that sense of appreciation expand out into your immediate environment.

How marvelous is it that your bed or sleeping arrangement has kept you warm and comfortable throughout the night.

Thank your bed.

Become aware of the air that surrounds your body and fills the room.

It is our most abundant life-giving resource and it is given freely.

Breathe in and thank the air for nourishing your body and connecting you more deeply to spirit.

Be grateful for the air.

Think of your home or your living situation.

Be it a tent out in nature,

An apartment in the city,

A house or a shelter of any sort.

Thank that structure for covering you and keeping you safe from the elements.

Imagine the modern marvels of the bathroom and kitchen.

Not long ago,

Even queens and kings did not have the convenience of flushing toilets and refrigerators.

Cool refreshment waits for us to simply open a door and with a push of a button our waste disappears.

Thank these modern conveniences,

All of the wonderful appliances that serve you.

Thank your shelter.

Thank your home.

Let your mind focus on the piece of technology that allows you to hear my voice.

Think of all the wonderful things that technology does for you.

We live in a time when all the world's knowledge is literally at the tips of our fingers.

So thank this magnificent technology.

Transportation is another miracle.

Within minutes we cross miles and in hours traverse the planet.

How wonderful is it that we can easily go to so many places in our world.

Thank your transportation systems.

We are so grateful for our transport.

Now think of the trees,

The plants,

The oceans,

Rivers and lakes,

The mountains,

Valleys and plains,

The rainforests and desert,

The multitude of animals and insects.

This is our glorious planet and its ecosystems.

From glaciers to volcanoes this is our mother,

Our home,

Our refuge,

Our epic playground.

Our planet gives to us,

Breathes us,

Feeds us,

Holds us and dreams us.

What greater gift is given anew to us every morning,

Each and every moment.

So love and appreciate our planet.

Thank your wondrous world.

Let us focus our attention now on the people that we know and love.

Friends,

Family and lovers that we have the honor and beauty of walking with through all the many experiences of life.

Every laugh,

Every voice,

Every face in every body,

Every mind and every heart is a marvel,

A miracle,

A universe.

Every day you get to see and hear the universe that is another person,

Their soul,

Their light.

Let us call in the archangel's metatron and sandal fun.

From above see the light of metatron descending,

Bringing down the solar grid of our central sun,

The divine source of all that is.

See and feel that golden light coming down around you,

Permeating your space and your body,

Clearing all negativity while suffusing your being with brilliant energizing golden light.

From beneath see the silver light of sandal fun rising,

Bringing up the crystal earth grid of Gaia.

This silver fire permeates your space and body,

Restoring all systems,

Grounding you and connecting you to deep intuitive wisdom.

With these powerful energies around you,

See yourself engulfed in silver-gold flames.

Allow these flames to purge,

Clear and heal that which is harmful,

That which no longer serves you,

That which no longer brings you joy.

Starting with the body,

See the molecular,

Genetic,

Intracellular and cellular levels all being cleared by the light.

Let this light expand until it encompasses the organs and the various systems of the body.

See it suffusing and clearing the energy bodies,

Etheric,

Mental,

Emotional,

Astral and beyond.

Declare with me now.

All old,

Outdated,

Harmful imprints,

Traumas,

Beliefs and ideas,

All hurtful entities,

Energies and thought forms are cleared from,

Transmuted and transformed in my mind-body-spirit complex at all layers and levels,

In all dimensions,

Timelines and lifetimes.

So be it.

Become aware that all the polarities within your mind-body-spirit complex are being balanced.

Light and dark,

Female and male,

Yin and yang,

Negative and positive.

As this occurs,

You recognize the essentialness of each pole and that being amid and finding the ever-changing equilibrium between polarities is an inexorable part of life.

In this moment,

Feel those polarities becoming quiet,

Falling easily into the perfect balance for you,

Here and now.

Together we call on your higher self,

The part of you that lives in constant awareness of the divine,

Of the source of all that is.

See this energy surrounding you as a pillar of light.

Allow yourself to connect to this divinity,

To this uplink and let whatever wisdom you need download into your system now.

Whether you hear it as thoughts,

Experience it as healing,

Feel it as energy,

Emotions or a sense of peace,

Know that this wisdom,

This light and love is populating throughout your being now.

Declare with me,

My higher self performs a total and complete system upgrade on me now.

This upgrade provides an overflow of inexhaustible spiritual energy that flows outwards from the very fabric of your being,

Shining like a star.

Allow yourself to share this love and light with the world around you.

Let it spread through your home,

Town or city,

State or province.

See it spreading across your entire nation,

Spilling over borders into other nations,

Across continents,

Through the oceans,

The plant kingdom,

Animal kingdom,

All the people,

Other beings,

Minerals,

The atmosphere and out into the universe.

This is your nature,

To shine.

This is the truth of your being,

To give without cause.

You are never-ending source.

You are love.

You are light.

You are love.

Feel your ready,

Expect the best today and every day.

Know that your good is evident and ever-growing,

Manifesting about you now.
