This meditation can be done anywhere you can safely and comfortably sit for about fifteen minutes without interruptions.

Sit in a cross-legged posture or with your feet firmly on the ground.
Keep your back straight and supported if necessary.
Rest your palms face up on your knees.
Close your eyes.
Tilt your head slightly upward and allow your focus to fall between your eyebrows.
Take a deep breath and let yourself settle.
Together let us now invoke the Divine,
The highest light and love for guidance and protection.
With each inhalation,
