Welcome to your affirmation meditation for self-love.
Go ahead and find a comfortable seat.
You can also choose to lie down if you prefer.
Roll your shoulders up,
Back and down a few times so you can start to relax.
Now go ahead and gently close your eyes.
Can you soften the shoulders away from your ears just a little more?
Can you relax the space in between your eyebrows?
Notice if you're holding any tension in your jaw.
Open and close your mouth a few times to release it.
Lammingly place one hand onto your heart and the other hand onto your belly.
Notice how it feels to make that physical connection with your body.
You are here.
You are held.
You are supported.
Begin to tune into the rhythm of your breath.
How does your breath feel today?
Can you slow it down a bit knowing that you are safe?
Observe how your belly and chest gently rise as you breathe in and fall as you breathe out.
Continue to breathe this way and imagine that with every inhale you're inviting more love,
Kindness and self-compassion into your body and mind.
And with every exhale you're releasing any worry,
Self-doubt and limiting beliefs.
Inhale love.
Exhale doubt.
Inhale kindness.
Exhale worry.
The most important relationship is the one you have with yourself.
Every day and every moment is an opportunity to love yourself up and nurture yourself because you deserve it.
You are enough just the way you are right now sitting here breathing and simply being you.
Know that the way you talk to yourself on a daily basis matters.
It's easy to slip into the I can't or I'm not smart,
Strong,
Beautiful enough narrative.
But you deserve more.
You have the power to change your story and love yourself just a little more with every thought.
You can choose to believe in yourself instead of beating yourself up.
Let that sink in.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
I'm now going to guide you through some positive affirmations.
You can either silently repeat them in your mind or say them out loud.
Let the words lovingly wash over you as you affirm the goodness you deserve.

Now take a big inhale through your nose and let out a sigh as you exhale through your mouth.
Slowly begin to come back into the present moment noticing the sounds of the room you're in.

Maybe even smile to yourself.
