Hello,

My name is Jacqueline and I'd like to thank you for choosing this meditation.

This particular meditation you can do wherever you are.

You could even run this through your mind when you're at work.

Just anywhere where you need to take away some stress,

To take away some anxiousness.

This meditation is to help you relax.

So wherever you are,

Make yourself comfortable.

Taking a nice deep breath,

And as you exhale,

Just relax.

Take another nice deep breath in,

And exhale,

And relax.

Nice steady breaths,

As you feel yourself relaxing.

As you breathe nice and steady,

You relax a little more.

Just relax.

Just relax.

Relax your shoulders.

Relax your arms.

Relax your hands.

Just relax.

Breathe steadily and relax.

Relax.

Relax.

Relax your jaw.

Relax.

Relax your nose.

Relax.

Relax.

Just relax.

Now take a nice deep breath in.

Bring yourself back to the here and now.

As you exhale,

Open your eyes,

Feeling relaxed to continue whatever you have been doing.
