Thank you for being here today and for trusting me to walk you through this ethereal journey.

Get really comfortable in your favourite space and ask yourself now to fully relax,

To be with yourself for the next while,

For your growth and your expansion.

If you haven't already,

Place your phone on silent and cosy yourself in.

It does not matter if you sit or lie down,

What is important here is that you are in a position that allows you to feel fully supported and relaxed.

Close your beautiful eyes gently,

My sweet soul,

And prepare to float on a journey of spiritual connection and inner expansion.

With intent,

Allow your body to sink into the support beneath you and feel how that permission to relax begins to release any tension or tightness.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your lungs with fresh air and exhale slowly through your mouth,

Maybe even sigh out that exhale,

Letting go of any stress or worry.

That's right,

Perfect.

Now place your awareness on your awareness.

An awareness within an awareness.

Feel how neutral it can be.

It does not contain anything,

Only peace and a subtle feeling of love,

Presence,

Stillness.

It just is.

Now slide that awareness to your body,

Starting from the top of your head and gently scan down through your body,

Noticing any areas of tension or discomfort.

Do it by yourself,

Scanning down.

With each exhale,

Imagine that tension is melting away,

Like ice melting in the warm rays of the sun.

Feel your muscles becoming loose and relaxed,

Your body becoming at ease.

Each inhale fills you with relaxation and each exhale releases any remaining tenseness.

Feel yourself sinking deeper and deeper into that state of relaxation as if you were floating on a cloud,

Weightless and serene,

Balanced and entirely perfect as you are right now.

Let this intention be born either through your lips or your mind.

I am magical and I create through my thoughts.

I am opening up spiritually and connect with the higher realms easily.

This connection comes naturally to me today and every day.

Powerful.

This intention is like the key to what's to happen next.

Your awareness is magnetic,

Your intention is the key.

You may already feel it,

The process of connection to the higher spiritual realms has already begun.

Begin to sense a warm,

Purple light surrounding you.

Color purple is a unique frequency.

It represents spiritual power and higher spiritual development.

Invite this color to surround you and its frequency to higher spirituality,

This light is pure relaxation,

Feel it to begin to wash over you,

Take a moment to immerse yourself fully in the sights,

Sounds and sensations of this magical place.

See the towering trees reaching towards the sky,

Their branches swaying gently in the breeze.

Notice the crystal-like icicles hanging from the branches,

Slowly dripping water as they begin to melt in the sunlight,

Filtering through the branches,

Casting dancing patterns of light and shadow on the icy floor.

Breathe in the fresh air surrounding you and feel the softness of the ground beneath your feet.

Now as you stand here,

In the serene beauty of the snowy forest,

Imagine reaching out with your senses to truly connect with this magical environment,

Allowing yourself to merge with the energy of the forest itself.

As you ground your vision here,

Becoming one with the forest,

Feel and see energetic roots growing from the soles of your feet,

Extending and sinking deep into the earth below you.

Feel how this process of connection anchors you to the sacred ground.

Sense how not only it grounds you,

But also connects you to the wisdom of the snowy forest.

Now notice a speck of light in the sky above.

It grows larger with each moment,

A beam of light descending from the sky above,

Bathing you in its radiant glow.

This light is the essence,

The frequency of the divine,

The energy of the higher realm reaching out to you.

Feel its presence to surround you now,

Infusing you with a sense of peace and spiritual awareness,

Connection.

The frequency of the divine surrounds you now and see that it begins to create a sphere of shimmering energy,

A protective shield around your entire body,

A vivid outline.

It is here to protect you from any negativity or distractions.

So within this sacred space,

Ask for your heart to open fully.

Ask for your mind to fully invite this experience within the pristine and divine snowy forest.

Now you can actually,

Or in your mind,

Extend your arms outward,

Palms turned upwards as if to receive the blessings of the universe.

As you do so,

Visualize that radiant sphere of divine energy surrounding you.

Its shimmering surface reflects the beauty of the snowy forest around you.

This sphere is a sacred vessel,

A safe passage for the divine energy that surrounds and permeates all of creation.

Now as you stand within this sphere of light,

Feel the energy of the divine gathering around you,

Swirling and dancing in shimmering patterns of colour and light.

Become aware of the subtle tingles and vibrations that emanate from this divine energy,

Sending waves of warmth and love cascading through your body.

With a sense of intention and purpose,

Declare your desire for a deeper and more profound connection with the higher realm.

Say aloud or in your mind,

I allow a deeper and more profound connection in right now.

Feel the power of your intention reverberating through the sphere,

Amplifying the divine energy that surrounds you,

Magnetizing you towards it and it towards you.

As you open yourself up to this deeper connection,

Now feel the energy of the divine entering through the surface of the sphere and gently flowing into your body.

Notice how this energy begins to turn your heart into gold,

Filling you with a sense of peace,

Clarity and profound connection,

Purifying your body and energy as it flows gently through you.

Become aware of any sensations or feelings within you as you now connect more deeply with the divine.

Perhaps you feel a gentle warmth spreading from your heart center or a tingling sensation in your fingertips as the energy flows through you.

Maybe you experience a subtle expansion of awareness in your third eye or a deepening sense of intuition in the pit of your stomach.

Feel it all fully and openly,

Knowing that they are a tangible manifestation of your connection with the higher realm.

Become the highest divine energy.

You are truly one with the divine,

With the source of all creation.
