
Lucid Dreaming, Guided Astral Projection, Sleep Meditation

This is a guided lucid dream meditation induced through a gentle yoga Nidra practice. This meditation will help you to experience astral projection, to remember you are dreaming when you are dreaming, and so to have a full control of your dream experience and adventure.

This is Rasa Lukshita.
Welcome to your guided meditation.
Thank you for your trust and for choosing this meditation.
We will have a gentle yoga nidra with a soft transition to lucid dreaming practice.
Take some time to make yourself as comfortable as possible.
Wear loose clothes.
Support your neck and head with a small pillow.
Cover your body with a warm blanket and lie down on your back with your arms along your body and your hands facing up or any position you would prefer.
Try to lay still during the whole practice,
But if you want to move,
Simply allow yourself to do so.
If you notice any distraction,
Simply let it pass.
I will be guiding you throughout the whole practice and all you have to do is to follow my voice and enjoy.
Let's start by taking only 3 deep breaths together.
We will breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth with a sigh.
Take a breath in and let all your worries go with a sigh.
Two more.
Breathe in and clear all your thoughts.
Perfect.
A deep inhale and allow the tension in your body to melt away.
Amazing.
Come back to your natural breath and let your body sink deeper into the surface of your bed.
Now I will count down from 5 to 1.
With each descending number,
You will relax a little more.
The deeper your body rests,
The further your travel is in your dreams and all you have to do is to follow my voice.
5 4 3 2 1 Feel fully relaxed now.
We begin our soft nidra practice.
Rest your attention on your head.
Feel the crown of your head.
Relax your front.
Both eyes.
Jaw and mouth.
Let this relaxation spread down to your neck and the middle of your chest.
Remove your awareness to your right shoulder,
Arm and hand.
The right side of the torso.
Right hip.
Thigh.
Lower leg.
And right foot.
Gently shift your attention to your left foot.
Lower leg.
Thigh.
Left hip.
And left side of the torso.
Move up to your left hand,
Arm,
Left shoulder and middle of your chest.
Notice the front part of your whole body.
And the back of your body.
Feel your whole physical body notice what has changed from the beginning of this practice.
How lighter your body feels.
How deeper you sank into the surface beneath you.
How slower your breath is.
Now repeat in your mind after me.
The next time I am dreaming,
I will remember that I am dreaming.
The next time I am dreaming,
I will remember that I am dreaming.
Sense the energy running through your body.
Where do you feel this energy the most?
Rest your attention on this area for a moment and just be with it.
This energy is of your soul.
Find your soft awareness within this energy.
What color or colors are there?
How bright is it?
Visualize your inner light glowing from your body.
Notice the universal energy coming down from the sky right into your physical body.
Watch it entering your head.
Your chest.
Feeling your whole being.
See it merging with your soul.
Expanding it.
Where do you feel this connection the most?
Let this universal light travel through your body and down to the heart of our planet.
Let it connect your soul to both space and earth.
Feel it with every cell of your body.
Notice how safe you are in this light.
Feel the safety hugging your physical body and filling your soul.
Now try to feel your physical body again.
And switch now to your inner energy one more time.
Notice how different these sensations are.
How easy it is to differentiate your physical body and an energetic one.
Visualize yourself laying on your bed here and now.
See the position of your body and your location in the room.
Who is watching your body?
If you speak to yourself in your mind,
Who is listening?
It is you,
Your pure soul.
Let your soul roll or step out of your body for a moment.
You can always come back to your body just by moving a part of it.
Your soul will always find a way back to your body,
To your home.
You are always safe.
So let yourself relax even more.
Feel being light as a feather and if at any moment you want to fall asleep,
Just do so.
Roll your soul away from the body.
Notice at your body resting on your bed.
If you get pulled back in,
Just step or roll gently out once more.
Notice this sensation and movement.
Now free your soul and fly as high as you want.
Visualize your room becoming smaller.
Your house turning into a little dot in your city.
Continue to fly high.
See the whole country and the whole continent.
Notice the edge of our planet and look at our Earth from above.
Pick the direction where you want to go.
Allow yourself to move wherever you want.
You are free to choose any possibility existing in the Universe and experience it right now.
Feel the difference between reality and a dream to gradually become more fuzzy.
Each breath brings you deeper into your unconscious mind.
You feel light and content.
You can travel to the world you want to discover,
Any direction your soul is attracted to.
As you float in the Universe,
Everything feels right.
The temperature is comfortable,
The time slows down and the distance doesn't exist.
Feel playful and curious about a new adventure and step into a world you would like to discover.
What is this world?
Is it your first time here?
Or is it from your memories?
Is there anyone else here?
Whom do you see?
What do you do?
Who are you here?
How do you feel?
Notice how light you are.
Feel the power of your mind and soul.
Take the courage to do whatever you want at this moment.
You can explore any place in the Universe and your imagination from the state of pure peace and relaxation.
Remember that anything is possible now.
There are no rules and no laws.
Now you are the creator of your story.
As my voice fades off and you continue dreaming,
Everything you see,
Hear or experience will be as if you are actually there.
You will see all the vivid colours,
Sense the various smells,
Feel touches and textures.
Peace,
Balance,
Tranquility,
Lightness fills every part of you as you go further into your dream.
Perhaps there is a thought in the back of your mind about your body.
Maybe you can feel the movement of breath and the temperature of the air as it goes deeper into the physical sleep while your soul travels further into the gentle sensation floating across space.
The intention returns.
You are floating in the world you are creating.
You are in control.
You feel warm,
Calm and peaceful.
It absorbs your whole essence as you go deeper and deeper into your dream.
Your consciousness rests while your body just sleeps.
Enjoy every sensation you are experiencing.
Your mind is calm.
Your body is at peace.
You are now aware of everything you see in your mind.
You are the narrator of your story.
Let your dream guide you.
Follow your visions and explore them in detail.
Trust the process and enjoy.
Let your non-conscious mind decide and choose directions.
You are feeling safe and light,
Soaring effortlessly in the midst of universal energy.
Feel the freedom you have right now.
The vibrations of your soul.
Soak in everything that is happening around you.
Explore every corner of your own and dream world.
That is the alt duΕΌa you have felt.
