Welcome to your guided meditation.

Find a moment to settle into a comfortable position,

One that you prefer,

One in which your body will receive this meditation best.

It could be simply sitting up or laying down relaxed.

If you wish to curl up whilst surrounding yourself with comfortable cushions and blankets to resemble being wrapped up inside a womb,

Please do this now.

Now simply let your eyelids default down heavy,

Gently covering your beautiful eyes.

Now from your comfortable place,

Move your focused awareness into your back body.

Whatever position you are in,

Begin to bring everything into alignment.

Feeling energy running through your spine column.

If you are curling up laying down,

Just follow the sensation of drawing in.

If you are sitting up,

Feel your shoulders lengthening into the hips.

Find comfort and support in your spine by extending and then energetically softening into it.

Your whole body coming into attunement.

Take a few soft and full breaths to encourage your body to settle into a place of utmost comfort.

Feeling completely supported by the earth below you.

Noticing any mental or physical interruptions and then letting it pass.

Notice places within where there is more lightness.

Extend this sense of lightness on the other parts of the body.

Notice any areas within the physical body that are resistant to letting go.

Use the passive quality of your exhalations to soften and release.

From this place of silence and gentle release,

Use this moment to reflect on your own precious beginning.

The series of miracles that unfolded right up to this moment in this very room today,

Right now.

From shapeless conception into your wondrous physical form.

Become acutely aware of your own beating heart.

Your breathing lungs.

Your strong and robust body.

Your gentle fingertips.

Your lips softly touching together.

Now shift your focus and in your mind see the vast universe.

Intertwined with the infinite space of energy.

Full of mystery and wonder.

In there,

Imagine a tiny speck of light just floating up in the space.

It is neither here,

Neither in the world of energy.

Felt and seen by some,

Totally missed by others.

A floating intention,

A sparkle of possibility contained in the form of a small ball of radiant light.

In moments it is dissolving in the sea of divine light,

Like a drop in the ocean becoming one with it.

In the next moment it is coming out of it,

Becoming a unique ball of light.

Pulsating,

Moving by,

Travelling through,

Magnetic and unique,

Powerful and soft.

That alluring energy of light is you.

Feel being it.

Become it once again.

Soaring through the space of energy,

Looking to self-express.

And the earth plane,

The playground of free will seems like a perfect place to be,

To express itself.

Now feel a spiralling pull,

Like a DNA helix pulling your energy ball in spiral energy pattern from the ether,

Drawing your soul into the physical world,

Calling you into the womb.

Oblige and allow yourself to be pulled in.

A silent explosion of your soul into million pieces and simultaneously,

Immediately,

All the pieces coming back together.

And a physical,

Tiny form of you wrapping your soul in the seat of the womb.

Alive in the physical realm formed.

Unique.

Powerful.

Miraculous.

One in 400 trillion chances and yet here you are.

No longer just an energy floating in the ether.

Feel your soul becoming part of your tiny physical form inside the womb.

Bring you down.

Growing you.

Keeping you safe.

Feel your soul within this tiny physical form,

Intertwining,

Bursting with potential,

Expansion and infinite possibilities.

Feel your consciousness being present there,

Now.

Now feel your connection to the physical plane,

The body holding you inside.

The earth carrying you both.

Feel your body to experience its first heartbeat.

Your connection to the elements of the earth,

Planets around,

Getting to know the rhythm of seasons and time.

Be there now.

Your intimate house where you are being lovingly held before you enter this very world.

Feel your body becoming,

Growing,

Receiving all that it needs.

Not only from the human body holding you inside,

But also the earth.

Your roots of energy extending down,

Solidifying your physical existence on the earth.

Your mind being without any influence,

Fresh and new.

Feel the warmth inside your safe and sacred space.

Hear the sound inside this shelter.

Feel yourself being between the world of energy,

Intention and becoming your physical form.

Falling asleep night after night to the sound of the heartbeat just above you.

Your small body sheltered and protected.

Connected to the earth and the vast deep sky.

All breathing as one.

All vibrating as one.

Feeling in tune with the cycles of this planet.

Feeling like you are the energy of the universe.

One and the same as the vast sky and the nurturing soil below.

Now,

Feel your rebirth coming,

Getting closer.

The expression of physical life calling you to re-enter once more and with that supplying you with your free will,

With endless potential to use it as you wish.

Still that speck of divine light,

Yet now about to have the opportunity to play and to create in the physical life.

A life full of freedom to be,

To see,

To understand,

To believe and to embrace all as you wish.

To be your own creator,

Your own student,

Your own teacher and master.

And so here it comes.

See the first sight of light.

Feel your first breath.

And one after that.

Breathe and feel it now.

Life force rushing through you naturally and fully.

Your whole being so present in this gentle and sensitive moment.

Freedom and abundance.

All laid out at your tiny feet.

You have the whole universe rooting for you in joy and anticipation.

From now on,

Continuously giving you all that you need.

Living with this breath,

This body,

This light.

Complete freedom to write your story as you wish.

Feel your body being held by the universe.

Feel the lightness and newness of you and the world around you.

Your body effortlessly taking in the air full of life force energy.

Abundance of air for you to begin again,

To explore your life,

To have it as you wish.

Drift your focus to your heartbeat.

Behold its pulse within your chest.

In there looking for a feeling of felicity and grace.

Let these feelings to expand across your chest,

Across your body.

Let it be felt and seen fully.

Let any words or thoughts to be expressed inward or outward.

From this new found space of rebirth,

Ask your mind to conclude what it is that I would like to receive.

What gifts would I like to receive?

And what gifts would I like to offer?

What qualities I have that require nurturing?

What relationships deserve attention?

What qualities I have that require nurturing?

Inhale and breathe it all into your body.

Letting these positive intentions to fill you,

To move through you.

With every inhalation you breathe them in.

With every exhalation you embark on a process of rebirth.

Absolutely amazing.

Savour your newness.

Now slowly,

Slowly,

Deepen your breath just a little.

With each inhale coming back into your light.

With each exhale becoming one with the light around you.

Starting to remind yourself what it is like to feel whole.

Turn your soft focus onto your beautiful body.

Peaceful and divine.

Wholesome and present.

Notice the room you are in.

Any sensations on the skin of your face.

Your lips lightly pressed together.

You may spend some time staying here in your newborn self.

If you wish to come to a close,

Begin to micro-move your lips.

Allow for your eyes and eyelids to make subtle movements.

Inhale and stretch if you like.

Maybe breathe deeper.

Taking in as much air as your body needs to refresh and to awake.

And only when you feel ready,

Flutter your eyelids open,

Letting the light into your beautiful eyes.
