Come to a comfortable seat or lie down on your back as you prepare for this meditation.
Close your eyes.
You will find a few moments of peace.
This is great to do any time of day or night to let go of stress,
Anxiety,
Or even a wandering mind.
Again,
Get comfortable in your seat or flat on your back.
If you are in your seat,
You can sit with crossed legs or extend the legs long.
Maybe you're in a chair or you're kneeling down.
Most importantly,
Sit nice and tall.
Lift the crown of your head,
Lengthen your spine,
Move your shoulders down and away from your ears.
If you are flat on your back,
Allow your arms to rest at your sides,
Palms face up.
Try to remain completely still.
Take a nice deep inhale through your nose for three,
Two,
One.
Exhale out mouth,
Three,
Two,
One.
Inhale through nose,
Three,
Two,
One.
Exhale out mouth,
Three,
Two,
One.
Inhale three,
Two,
One.
Exhale three,
Two,
One.
Now,
Seal your lips,
Breathe in through your nose,
Exhale out through your nose.
Inhale for three,
Two,
One.
Exhale three,
Two,
One.
Inhale three,
Two,
One.
Exhale three,
Two,
One.
Inhale three,
Two,
One.
Exhale three,
Two,
One.
Keeping your eyes closed,
Allow your breath to resume normal.
Become aware of your breath at your belly.
Watch your belly expand and deflate as you breathe in and out.
Keeping your eyes closed,
Bring your gaze to your third eye space,
The spot right between the center of your eyebrows.
Try to remain still.
Keep your mind focused on your breath at your belly.
On your inhale breath,
Watch your breath.
On your exhale breath,
Mentally repeat,
I am at peace.
Watch your inhale.
On your exhale,
I am at peace.
Continue with your breath in this mantra for a few rounds.

Keeping your eyes closed,
Bring your palms to touching prayer at your heart center.
Bow your head to the prayer in front of your heart.
Send yourself some love and light and peace.
And the light in me honors the light inside of you.
