When you tap into Presence, healing is as natural as breathing. There is no work to do, nothing to seek; all that’s required is that you surrender more deeply to the state of Presence, and as you do, open the space for Love to pour in. In this space of Presence, all things are made new. Whatever is ready to be brought to light will arise naturally, and you will be guided in how to honour and release what needs to be released with ease.

Transcript

Hello and welcome to this guided meditation for tapping into the healing power of presence.

Begin by finding somewhere comfortable to sit and breathe and be for the next 15 minutes or so.

You are here,

You have arrived,

And all is well.

Breathe into the base of your belly,

Finding lift and length through your spine as you do.

And on your exhale,

Let any tension in your face,

Jaw,

And shoulders melt away.

And again,

Breathe deeply into your belly,

Ribs,

Chest.

And exhale all the air out completely,

Finding a deeper sense of rest and surrender as you do.

Inhale,

Breathing fresh oxygen into every cell of your body,

Allowing yourself to be revitalized.

And exhale,

Releasing all tension as you come to a place of stillness.

And in this stillness,

Begin to feel the subtle aliveness of your own being.

Feel your heart beating in your chest.

Your lungs breathing in and out.

Feeling the soft,

Buzzy energy animating all the cells of your body,

Your mind.

Feeling that soft,

Silent sense of I am.

I exist.

Feeling the realness and the nowness of your own being.

Embodyed,

Whole,

And alive.

This energy,

This life force,

Is your presence.

It is the energy of life itself and the backing force of your being.

Presence is an ever-present stillness and wholeness that permeates all life and is the very energy of love itself.

Presence is who you are and it's your most natural and embodied state of being.

When you tap into presence,

Healing is as natural as breathing.

There's no work to do and all that's necessary is that you surrender more deeply into presence.

And as you do,

You open the space for love to pour in.

In this space of presence,

All things are made new.

Whatever is ready to be brought to light will arise naturally and you will be guided in how to honor it and release what needs to be released with ease.

The softer and more open you remain,

The more fully love can enter and bring about the restoration to your true nature.

So take a few moments with me here to breathe,

Soften,

Feel your own aliveness and existence in this moment,

Dropping more deeply into that state of presence,

That state of purely being.

Feel how as you enter this state,

Your heartbeat slows,

Your breath naturally deepens.

You begin to feel more space between your thoughts.

This state of presence is deeply restorative and revitalizing on a physical,

Emotional,

And spiritual level.

As you sit,

Breathe,

Surrender in this space of presence,

Let what comes into your awareness come.

And if nothing does,

Trust that,

Honor that,

Trust that presence will bring into your consciousness whatever needs to be healed at the perfect timing.

All you need to do is surrender and relax.

Let all things be as they are.

If something does arise,

A thought,

A memory,

A story,

Or emotion,

Acknowledge it and let it be enveloped and held gently in the warmth and love of presence.

There is nothing you need to do.

Simply choose to remain open and awake in this moment,

Feeling your aliveness,

Your beingness,

Letting presence infuse your whole being.

Love is the great healer here.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

And for the next few minutes,

Continue to soften more deeply into yourself,

Into presence.

Letting yourself relax and surrender as you simply be.

And let the power of presence revitalize and renew your whole being,

Body,

Mind,

And spirit.

Let all things be as they are.

Let all things be as they are.

Let all things be as they are.

Let all things be as they are.

Let all things be as they are.

Let all things be as they are.

Let all things be as they are.

Let all things be as they are.

Let all things be as they are.

Beautiful.

Inhale.

Exhale with a big sigh.

Now staying connected to this beautiful state of presence,

Begin to slowly come back into your body,

Back into your space.

Wiggling your toes and fingers,

Gently opening up your eyes,

Noticing where you are.

You are loved,

You are supported,

And everything is unfolding in the perfect timing,

In the most loving way possible.

There's nothing you need to do or seek.

Just continue to relax and breathe into your own being,

Activating your awareness of presence as often as you can remember to throughout the day.

And letting yourself be nourished and loved by the wholeness of you as you do.

May you rest deeply in the beauty of your own being.
