I want you just to get comfortable seated or lying down,
Whatever honors your body.
Closing your eyes,
Bringing your attention to your breath.
Breathing in for 3,
2,
1,
2.
Slowing down your breath,
Slowing down your mind.
I want you just to recognize any difficult emotions or sensations that might be present.
These emotions by name,
Be it fear,
Recognizing any sensations in your body,
Observing any sensations,
Judgment.
As you scan from your head down into your neck and shoulders,
Your chest,
Your mid-bass,
Just observing any sensations and just allowing any difficult sensations to be there,
Emotions to be there.
Emotions and our sensations are just temporary,
Here to stay,
Also perfectly normal.
Accepting any emotions,
Accepting any sensations,
Dangerous,
Just release.
With a long,
Slow exhale,
Release what no longer serves you.
Any fear,
Any sensations,
Softening into the body,
A sense of safety and strong.
You are safe,
There is nothing to fear,
And a sense of gratitude,
Gratitude for having taken this time out of your busy day to take care of your body and your soul.
Deep inside,
You are safe,
And on the outside,
Inside.
Taking one last cleansing breath,
Breathing in until you can't possibly breathe in anymore.
Breathing out with a sigh,
Just let it all go.
A sense of comfort in your heart as you come back into the room,
The renewed sense of hope.
Namaste.
