Welcome to a meditation on scarcity.
Scarcity is a negative,
Energetic emotion that is connected to our root chakra and also connected to the thoughts that whirl in our minds.
In order to quiet down the thoughts and feelings of scarcity,
We will have one single mantra in your own visualization of a non-scarcity meditation.
In all meditations,
We begin by following the breath,
Bringing your awareness down to your root chakra and breathing here.
And now that you've given yourself enough time to breathe into that area and continue to breathe,
We will move on to visualizing non-scarcity in our minds.
Rick Hansen says to start with the end.
This means that you will begin to visualize a non-scarcity mindset that is unique to you today.
This may be something that you've been thinking about for a long time or it may be something that is very short-sighted and will happen later today.
And start to imagine just the time and day that this is occurring.
And now we'll bring in the mantra to help this visualization increase.
The mantra is,
When I am here,
I am being taken care of.
When I am here,
I am being taken care of.
Notice if the visualization increases.
This mantra is to help you open to receiving.
When you are open to receiving,
Scarcity cannot be in the same vein.
When I am here,
I am being taken care of.
Continue to breathe images into your mind of how you would like to be taken care of.
It may be financially.
It may be creatively.
It may be with tender love and compassion.
When I am here,
I am being taken care of.
Now allow yourself to relax into this moment.
When I am here,
I am being taken care of.
As you continue to visualize,
Your root chakra becomes more and more energized with security,
Reassurance and peace.
Take as long as you need to,
To continue to visualize.
And when you're ready,
Begin to blink your eyes open.
Thank you so much for joining in our meditation on scarcity.
