This meditation is designed to bring you an instant feeling of tranquility.

So whatever you are now,

Just find yourself comfortable.

And to close your eyes,

Look up,

Gazing to your eyebrows and close your eyelids.

Let's do it again.

Look up,

Try to keep your gazing into your eyebrows and close your eyelids.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,

Let it all go in a sign.

One more time,

A big,

Deep breath in and as you sigh it out,

You start letting go of any tension,

Stress or anxiety that are holding your body at this moment.

Knowing that nobody needs or wants anything from you right now,

You know this is your moment to relax and I would like you to try to make your out-breaths longer than your in-breaths,

Really feeling up your lungs,

Breathing in and breathing out longer.

Do it in your time and as you breathe in and out at peace and ease,

I would like you to imagine that you can scan your body and you can identify all the points that are holding the anxiety,

The stress or the tension and I would like you to breathe into these points and as you breathe into these points,

You can feel all the stress and tension or the anxiety starting to dissipate,

Drifting away from your body,

Breathing in and out,

In and out.

You can identify the knots of tension and as you breathe into this point,

You can feel it all drifting away and as the feeling of stress or tension dissipates,

You can start to breathe in and out,

Bringing in a feeling of pure relaxation that soothes your body from your head to your toes,

Feeling this calmness,

This peacefulness washing all over your body and any remaining stress or tension are now drifting away,

Breathing in and out at peace and ease,

Going deeper and deeper,

Relaxed and any noises or sounds around make you go even more relaxed,

Knowing that it's just life happening.

And now,

I would like that you make your body float as if you were floating on space,

Feeling your body floating like a feather in a gentle breeze and I would like you to realize that you are now deeply relaxed,

Calm and in peace and as you go on with your day,

I would like you to remember this feeling and take it with you for the rest of your day and anytime you need,

You can tap back in this experience and feel this calmness and peacefulness washing all over your body again and thank yourself for making the time to give you this experience of healing and connecting with your inner self
