Just find yourself comfortable.

Take a deep breath in and as you slowly exhale,

Feel your body beginning to let go of tension.

Gently close your eyes and allow yourself to settle into this moment just as you are.

One more big deep breath in,

Really filling up your lungs and as you exhale,

You let go of anything that happened in your day until this moment and do it one more time in your own time.

Now imagine a soft warm ball of light just above your head.

This light is pure,

Gentle and calming.

With every breath you take,

This ball of light begins to lower itself,

Touching the top of your head.

As it does,

Feel the warmth and relaxation spreading through your scalp,

Softening all the little muscles around your forehead and eyes.

This light moves gently down to your cheeks,

Your jaw and your neck,

Melting away any tension.

The light continues to flow,

Moving to your shoulders,

Feel the drop and loosen as if a weight has been lifted.

This soothing light moves down through your arms,

Past your elbows,

Wrists and into your hands,

All the way to the tips of your fingers.

Remember that nobody needs anything from you right now,

Nobody wants anything from you.

With every breath,

This light grows warmer,

Softer and even more relaxing.

It travels down your chest and your back,

Filling your lungs with peace and calm as you breathe.

It glides down your stomach,

Relaxing every muscle and flows into your hips and thighs.

Feel your legs becoming heavy and soft as the light travels down your knees,

Into your calves,

Your ankles and finally into your feet,

All the way to your toes.

You are now completely surrounded by this ball of light,

Cradled in its warmth.

Every part of you feels calm,

Safe and at peace.

And now,

In your mind's eye,

Imagine standing at the top of a beautiful staircase.

There are 10 steps leading down,

And at the bottom there is a soft glow of light inviting you closer.

With each step down,

You will feel more relaxed,

More at ease,

More connected to yourself.

Take the first step now,

Feeling your body growing heavier,

More peaceful.

Step 2,

Releasing any stress,

Letting it drift away.

Step 3,

Going deeper,

Feeling safe and calm.

Step 4,

Your thoughts becoming softer,

Quieter.

Step 5,

Halfway there,

Sinking deeper into relaxation.

Step 6,

Feeling a wave of calm wash over you.

Step 7,

Your breathing is slow and steady.

Step 8,

A sense of comfort surrounds you.

Step 9,

Almost there,

Feeling completely at peace.

And 10,

Reaching the bottom,

Fully relaxed,

Calm and safe.

Before you now is a shimmering portal of light.

It glows with a soft,

Welcoming energy.

I would like you now to step through this portal.

And as you do,

You will enter a place just for you.

A safe,

Private heaven where you can be yourself,

Completely free from fear or judgment.

Take a step through the portal now and feel the light surround you,

Filling you with warmth and love.

And as you step through,

You find yourself in the most beautiful forest you've ever seen.

The air is fresh,

Cool and crisp.

The sunlight filters through the tall trees,

Creating patterns of light and shadow on the soft earth beneath your feet.

You hear the gentle rustle of leaves as a light breeze moves through the trees.

Birds singing their sweet melodies.

And in the distance,

You hear the calming sound of a small,

Gently flowing stream.

The air smells clean and earthy,

With hints of pine and wildflowers.

As you walk,

You feel the soft ground beneath you,

Warm,

Comforting and supportive.

You notice the colors all around you,

The deep green of the trees,

The soft golden light of the sun and the vibrant wildflowers scattered across the forest floor.

Everything here feels alive,

Peaceful and welcoming.

And as you notice the gentle sounds of that stream flowing nearby,

You hear the soft bubble of water as it glides over smooth stones,

Creating a melody that soothes your mind and calms your heart.

You come to a clearing where there is a soft patch of moss,

Just for you.

You sit or lie down here,

Feeling completely safe,

Supported and at ease.

This is your special place,

Your safe space.

Here,

In this sacred,

Safe space,

You can let go of anxiety,

Release stress and allow yourself to feel confident,

Strong and deeply grounded.

As you settle into this moment,

Take a deep,

Calming breath in and gently exhale,

Letting your body sink even deeper into relaxation.

Now,

Imagine all the anxiety,

Fear,

Self-doubt you've been carrying as tiny dark clouds swirling around you.

With every breath out,

Picture these clouds gently drifting further and further away.

Watch as they dissolve into the air,

Leaving nothing but clear skies behind.

With each exhale,

Say to yourself,

Say to your mind,

I release what no longer serves me.

I let go of fear,

Doubt and worry.

I am free to move forward with ease.

Shift your attention to your breath once more.

With every inhale,

Feel the energy of the forest flowing into you.

This energy is alive with strength,

Calm and ancient wisdom.

Imagine it filling every cell of your body with courage and peace.

With every inhale,

Say to yourself,

Say to your mind,

I am strong,

Capable and resilient.

I trust myself and my decisions.

I am enough,

Just as I am.

Feel the energy of the forest wrapping around you like a protective blanket.

The trees stand tall,

Reminding you that you too can rise above challenge.

The stream flows effortlessly,

Teaching you to let life move naturally without resistance.

And now,

Focus on the warmth of your chest.

As you do,

Imagine a soft glow of light growing there,

Radiating outward.

This light represents your inner power,

Your confidence and your self-belief.

As this light grows,

Say to yourself,

Say to your mind,

I am calm,

Focused and confident.

I embrace challenge as opportunities to grow.

I trust my journey and honor my progress.

And now imagine yourself standing in front of a full-length mirror in this beautiful forest.

As you look into the mirror,

See the version of yourself that is calm,

Confident and unstoppable.

Notice how this version of you stands tall,

With a relaxed yet powerful presence.

Look at their face,

Your face,

And see the peaceful smile,

The light in your eyes,

The strength in your posture.

Step closer to the mirror now,

And as you do,

Merge with this version of yourself.

Feel their confidence becoming your confidence.

Feel their courage becoming your courage.

Feel their unshakable belief in themselves becoming yours.

And if any lingering voice of doubt or fear tries to emerge,

Imagine it shrinking down into a tiny pebble.

Pick it up in your hand,

Thank it for trying to protect you.

And then gently place it in the flowing stream.

Watch as the water carries it far,

Far away,

Until it disappears completely.

And now affirm.

I am free to move forward with confidence and trust in myself.

I embrace my inner strength and let it guide me.

I am proud of who I am becoming.

So now,

Take a moment to fully soak in the energy of the forest.

Imagine every inhale pulling in the forest's strength and wisdom.

Feel it grounding you and centering you.

With each exhale,

Feel yourself radiating this energy outward into the world.

I am a beacon of confidence and calm.

I am worthy of success,

Happiness and love.

I have everything I need to thrive.

Let the warmth of this energy stay with you,

Building a quiet,

Unshakable confidence within.

This confidence is now part of you,

Deeply rooted like the strongest tree,

And nothing can take it away.

As you finish,

Imagine the ball of white light from earlier returning to you.

It hovers above your head for a moment,

Then gently lowers,

Filling your entire being with a powerful,

Radiant energy.

This light cleanses,

Heals and strengthens every part of you,

Aligns anything that needs to be aligned and dissolves any blockages.

Feel this light sealing in your confidence,

Locking in your calm and protecting you from any negativity.

You are now glowing with this pure,

Powerful light.

This light will stay with you wherever you go.

And as you prepare to return to the present moment,

Carry this light within,

Knowing you are calm,

Confident and ready to face the world with courage and grace.

When you're ready to return to the present,

I will count from 5 to 1.

But before we begin,

Take a moment to look around you,

Into your special place in the forest and find something small,

A souvenir that feels meaningful to you.

It could be a smooth pebble,

A beautiful feather or a glowing leaf.

This souvenir will carry the calm,

Confidence and strength of this forest with you wherever you go.

Whenever you hold it in your mind or imagine it,

You will instantly reconnect with this peaceful,

Powerful feeling.

And now,

As you hold this special item in your mind,

We will begin the countdown.

Feeling the energy of calm and confidence flowing through your body.

Wiggle your fingers and toes gently,

Becoming more aware of your surroundings.
