Calling back my energy.
An end of day sunset practice.
I'm Becca and after a long day teaching English online and sharing with my coaching clients,
One of my favorite things to do is head to the beach for sunset.
I live on a beach in Costa Rica so I get to enjoy the beach often.
Today I will share one of my favorite sunset practices with you.
Another day is coming to its end.
After completing all your duties,
Maybe working a full-time job or running errands around town,
It is now time for you to call back your energy.
Take a moment to relax and get comfortable.
Get into a new space,
A place away from where you have been busy all day.
Imagine you're on a beach sitting on a rock with the waves rolling up and falling back into the ocean.
It's sunset time.
The day is coming to a close.
It is time to release what no longer serves you.
The sky is a purpley pink hue.
It looks like you are looking at life through rose-colored glasses,
Reminding you that you can shift your perspective no matter the situation and move into a place of power.
Therefore,
I call peace back.
I call love back.
I call joy back.
I am releasing all that no longer serves me.
I take this moment to decide and release.
I release all that no longer serves me.
I put both hands on my heart.
I breathe deeply in and exhale out of my mouth.
I release the energy that keeps me feeling stuck.
I release the energy that keeps me feeling uneasy.
I release the energy that keeps expectations inside of me.
I decide to move forward full of love and confidence in myself.
I trust my heart to attract what is best for my highest good.
I release control.
I don't need to know everything.
I open to wonder.
I open to being curious.
I open to feeling excited and trying new things as the sun goes down and all that I decided I no longer want in my life washes away in the ocean.
Tomorrow I start a new cycle.
I remember that I create my reality.
I can always call back my energy to connect to myself,
Opening myself to feel peace,
Love,
Comfort,
And ease.
Take one last deep breath in through your nose and exhale out through your mouth.
Now start to wiggle your toes and fingers.
Open your eyes.
Take in your surroundings.
Remember that you can take the time to escape to the beach using this short meditation whenever you need to reconnect and realign with yourself.
Have a beautiful rest of the day.
