Sometimes thoughts come up that try to knock us off course.
Low vibe emotions can make us feel stuck in a situation we don't desire,
Yet we can always decide to observe our thoughts.
We can always ground and center ourselves with our breath.
Harnessing the power of our breath is a true superpower.
As an English teacher and authentic conversation facilitator at Everyday English with Becca,
I have seen plenty of clients who don't have confidence in their English abilities.
Therefore,
We focus on shifting the thoughts that are fear-based into ones full of love,
Confidence,
Joy,
And peace.
Whether you have a meeting in English that is stressing you out,
Or maybe you are worried about your finances or a relationship,
You can take the time to connect with yourself to help shift into your desired feelings.
Today,
We can share and create this shift together.
We will exhale all that no longer serves us,
All that keeps us in a life filled with lack and feelings that arise when we have unmet needs.
We often think of these as negative feelings.
Yet,
They really just come up because we have unmet needs.
Yet,
We have the power to meet our needs.
We always have the power within ourselves.
So,
Let's observe those feelings we no longer want and replace them with their opposites,
With the feelings we truly desire with our heart.

You can always take the time to accept what you are feeling and where you are at and decide to breathe into your life more of what you desire.
