Ending my day on the beach at sunset is one of my favorite practices. Take a few minutes to reconnect with yourself — remember what you are grateful for and release all that no longer serves you. As the sun dips under the horizon, open for peace and love to fill your body, soul, and mind.

End of Day Sunset Ritual.

I'm Becca from Everyday English and I love to end my day in peace with gratitude.

I am excited to share another one of my sunset rituals with you.

As this day ends,

We take a moment to connect back to ourselves.

We take a deep breath in and exhale out all that no longer serves us.

All tension,

Stress,

And everything that just doesn't feel good in our bodies.

We take another deep breath in and then exhale out.

We're grateful for all we have.

Take a moment to list three things in your mind that you're grateful for.

As the sun goes down past the horizon,

We know that it will be bright again in the morning and we have another day to live in peace and love.

To make choices and decide what we want our lives to look like.

Good night Sun.

Thank you for your brightness.

Thank you for your energy.

Thank you for all you give us.

And I really love the perspective I see when I'm at the beach.

The green lushness,

The vibrance all the way down the shore.

I feel my feet in the sand as the water washes over them.

Washing away all that no longer serves me.

All that's not best for my highest good.

All that doesn't bring me peace.

I let all that release back into the ocean and I breathe in connection to my heart which feels like peace and love.

Take one more deep breath in and exhale out.

Thank you for taking the time to appreciate your day,

Reconnect with yourself and choose love.

I hope to see you soon.
