Namaste,

My name is Rakhi and today we'll do a beautiful meditation to open our heart space to receiving more love,

More kindness and compassion in our lives.

Making sure that our phones are switched off,

Let's sit down in a beautiful,

Comfortable,

Relaxed position with our spine straight and our palms facing our foot,

Gently placed on our thighs.

Gently closing your eyes,

Letting your body and breath soften.

I want you to take a deep and gentle breath in and a slow,

Calming breath out.

Breathing in love and breathing out kindness.

Deeply connecting with this present moment,

Connecting with your inner wisdom and light.

Let us dedicate this time to love to honour ourselves exactly as we are.

Let us make ourselves more and more open to receiving greater abundance of love flowing into our lives.

Breathing in,

Feeling the presence of love entering through your heads,

Connecting each and every cell of your body.

And as you breathe out,

Just breathe out anything that's not serving your highest good.

Any stress,

Any tension in any part of your body.

Slowly breathing it all out.

Breathing in the presence of love in your life.

Just imagine each and every breath pouring love into your being.

Each and every breath is soaking you with a flow of love all around your body.

Bringing along with it gentle loving feelings,

Gentle loving thoughts.

As you sit in this beautiful sacred space of love,

Allow the corners of your mouth to form a little smile.

Slightly turning up,

Very gently.

Taking a deep breath in,

Send this beautiful smile to the centre of your heart.

Deeply exhaling and feeling all that love and feeling all those big smiles now coming back to you from the centre of your heart.

I want you to imagine a beautiful little flame flickering in the centre of your heart.

And with each inhalation,

Let that light get bigger and bigger and bigger.

Beautiful shimmering light surrounding the whole of your heart space.

Now allow that beautiful healing light to flood the whole of your body.

Starting from the top of your heads flooding the whole of your brain area.

Coming down to your face,

Relaxing your face completely.

Relaxing your throat,

All the muscles of the throat.

Coming down,

Filling your heart space with unconditional love and light.

Slowly and gently coming down into your upper abdominal area.

Relaxing your stomach,

Your spleen,

Your kidneys.

Going down into your adrenal glands.

Deeply relaxing your lower abdominal area.

Relaxing your small and large intestines.

Relaxing your pelvic area,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Your lower legs.

And your feet completely.

Allowing this beautiful healing light from the centre of your heart to flood the whole of your body.

Going out to each and every muscle,

Each and every cell.

Going out to each and every organ of the whole of your body.

Rejoicing in the power of love.

Of your own very heart,

Representing your love,

Your compassion for yourself and others.

This is your soul space for love.

Bringing a big smile on your face as you experience this beautiful feeling of unconditional love which is so divine.

Slowly and gently taking a deep breath in.

I want you to imagine this beautiful feeling of love going out into the world from the centre of your heart.

Just imagine this beautiful feeling of light,

Of love and share this feeling with the whole of the world.

With everybody living on this planet.

Feeling connected with this thread of love.

And as you send this love out into the world.

I want you to imagine that this love gets multiplied and all this love from everybody else starts flooding back into the beautiful heart of yours.

As you get filled with this love from top to bottom.

All the tiny cells,

All the tiny tissues,

All the muscles,

All the organs of your body have just simply transformed into love.

Nothing but love remains.

And as you get centred in this feeling of love.

And as you surrender your body to love.

Slowly and gently say to yourself.

I feel this love inside my body.

I accept myself totally and exactly the way I am.

I accept and love my body,

My appearance and all that I have created for myself completely.

I am willing to allow love to flow into my life.

I am a divine expression of life and I deserve the best.

And I accept all this for myself now.

I accept miracles,

Healing,

Wholeness and most of all I accept myself completely.

Now slowly and gently allow your mind and heart to open to receiving and giving and the energy of love all around you.

Staying in the sea of love for a few moments.

Now slowly and gently taking a deep breath in.

Bringing your attention back to your beautiful heart.

Slowly coming back to this present moment.

Connecting with your breath.

Bringing your attention back to your body and breath.

It is a count to five.
