A beautiful morning practice to set you up for a day of positivity,

Joy,

And intention.

Begin to bring your awareness to your breath.

Use your breath as a focus as a way to not only release energy,

But to create energy within your body.

Deeply inhaling and deeply exhaling.

Releasing any old stagnant energy with the exhale.

Breathing in and filling yourself up with new fresh energy.

Exhale,

Detoxing and releasing the old.

Move your breath now into a beautifully balanced rhythm.

Breathing in for four.

And out for four.

Breathing in for four.

And out for four.

Beginning to create the sensation of balance within the body and mind.

As you breathe in this way,

Begin to tap into a sensation of warmth and light.

Maybe even tilt your head up very slightly with your next inhale as if you can feel the warmth and energy of the sun on your face.

That glorious yellow light and energy.

Breathing in and smiling.

Feel your skin tingle,

Your cells awaken,

And your heart expand.

Think now of something that you are grateful for or brings you joy.

Maybe a smell,

A place,

Or something in nature.

Connect with that sensation of happiness within your body,

Drawing and attracting more happy experiences towards you,

Towards your day and life.

Notice how your body feels,

How your mind feels.

Breathe in that glorious energy,

Drawing the positivity and light closer and closer to you with each inhale.

Now bring attention to your day ahead.

How do you wish to feel today?

Calm,

Energetic,

Joyous,

Happy,

Empowered,

Confident.

You get to decide.

See yourself feeling that way.

Feel into that experience.

It is within your reach,

And you get to decide how you wish your life to look.

When we approach our life with intention,

We are no longer stuck or helpless.

We are creating the day we desire.

Feel that yellow warm glow wash over you from your head to your feet.

Your whole body radiates and vibrates with positive energy and light.

Shining that light out,

Attracting more positivity,

Health,

And happiness to flow to you.

Allowing others to recognize that they too can experience this sensation of happiness,

Positivity,

And joy by sharing,

By being close to you.

You attract loving and positive relationships and experiences within your day.

Repeat to yourself.

Taking some final,

Deep,

Nourishing,

Awakening,

And energizing breaths.

Feel your body get stronger,
