Through a guided visualization, we release our concerns to the Great Mother in prayer, then enter a healing landscape that will support our softening for sleep. We slowly bring a sphere with the qualities of Love, Warmth, and Peace from head to toe, relaxing the body. We end with a prayer to the Great Mother, strengthening our connection to the Web of Life, and asking for blessings as we sleep. Music composed by Narek Mirzaei (Music Of Wisdom).

Taking a few slower,

Deeper breaths,

Beginning to allow some tension to soften each time you exhale,

Making any adjustments or movements that increase your comfort,

And bringing your awareness to the sensation of being held by the surface you're on,

Softening,

Melting with each exhale if you can,

Taking your awareness to your jaw,

To your shoulders,

To your neck,

To the tiny muscles around your eyes,

To your legs,

And scanning if there's somewhere in your body tonight that could use the support,

Placing a hand there if it feels right,

To communicate your presence and care,

Remembering there's nothing you need to do,

Nothing to make happen,

Simply being here,

Receiving,

Breathing.

If your mind is concerned with something from the day,

I invite you to imagine a woven basket.

Place each concern in the basket as a flower,

Or any other visual your intuition shows.

One by one,

Place it in the basket.

See them held here,

Contained,

A basket of flowers.

And in this basket,

They'll be safe while you rest.

We ask the Great Mother to please take this basket as I sleep.

Please bless each flower.

Please create easeful resolutions with your great web,

Your divine knowing,

Beyond what I can think of in my mind.

I turn this basket over to you,

Great Mother,

With gratitude.

A pink sphere encompasses the basket,

And it floats up,

Up,

Up,

Out into the stars,

Getting smaller and smaller,

A little pink dot,

Until it becomes so small you cannot see it.

Inviting you to ask your spirit to show you a healing place in nature,

A place where your body feels safe,

A landscape that nourishes,

That settles.

Trust what comes in this moment,

That it's right for tonight,

That it's exactly what you need.

Looking around slowly,

Perhaps hearing gentle sounds,

Whether that's grass swaying,

A stream flowing,

Leaves rustling in the wind,

Sensing into the textures and energy here.

Up ahead,

You see the most inviting place to lie down.

You know it's meant for you.

You go there and lie down.

It's as if all the plants and animals were emanating an energy of comfort and warmth.

It's so familiar.

You feel at home,

You feel completely yourself,

Safe to rest,

Feeling into the sensation of being held in this place.

To a sense of gratitude for all the supports,

All that's going well,

All the tiny ways today's wind has been blowing at your back.

A relationship,

A dear friend,

A flavor of food you experienced,

Water,

Beauty,

Kindness.

An animal or plant friend.

Taking a moment to soak in these delights from your day,

Leaning into these supports.

Also,

Feeling gratitude and love for yourself,

For your spirit,

For your younger one,

For your wisest,

Most loving you,

The full spectrum.

And noticing what arises as we sense into this self-love.

All is welcome here.

Whether flow or resistance,

It's all illuminating.

Softening your gaze now to awareness of being held in a supportive web,

Wider than is visible to the human eye,

Than is knowable by a human mind.

The stars.

The leaves.

Mycelial networks below ground.

Mosses.

The trees.

Squirrels.

The skunks.

The whales.

The houseplants.

The stones.

Flowers.

The birds.

The clouds.

The streams.

The friends you haven't met yet.

The most delightful people with the warmest hearts.

The most caring intentions.

Fellow truth-tenders.

Root-nourishers.

You are of this web,

Interwoven,

A wave in the ocean.

Imagine now,

A sphere of cool blue and gold energy,

Gathering at the top of your head.

This sphere has the quality of love,

The quality of warmth,

And the quality of peace.

Slowly,

See this sphere come down to your head,

Releasing anything from the day,

Washing away anything denser as it brings in love,

Warmth,

And peace.

The light blue and gold sphere comes down your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your heart space,

Your midsection,

And back.

The base of your spine.

Down your legs.

To your feet.

The sphere enlarges,

Such that your whole body is inside,

Receiving.

Simply receiving.

As that warmth covers you,

We ask the Great Mother,

As I rest,

Please replenish my spirits,

And nourish my body.

Continue to pull me towards my soul's full expression,

Great Mother.

Help me release the need to do or make happen.

May I continue to gain trust in the unfolding,

In your divine right timing.

Knowing that as I sleep,

There are forces inside and around me,

Clearing the way,

Aligning my human expression with the truth of spirit.

May I receive guidance from the kind-healed ancestors,

From the land,

Your great web,

Becoming a clearer vessel for truth and love as I rest,

Such that I can hear their whispers.

Help me remember my wholeness,

My perfection,

My divinity,

My connection with all life.

May I soften into where I am now,

Exactly as I am now,

Sensing this deep well of eternal love,

Within and without.

Thank you for your love.

Thank you for your warmth.

Thank you for this peace.

Thank you for all your blessings,

As I rest in sleep.
