Welcome to this brief meditation and visualization for grounding our energy.

This meditation can be done anywhere and at any time.

Let's begin.

Begin finding a comfortable meditation position.

Sitting or lying.

Lying.

Preferably sitting.

Begin as we inhale to sit up nice and tall.

And exhale,

Roll the shoulder blades down and away from the ears.

Opening up the chest.

Opening up the heart.

Allowing the breath to deepen naturally.

Breathing in and out of the nose deeply.

We'll begin to bring our awareness down to our sit bones.

What we would call our root chakra.

Now with our mind's eye and our imagination.

Visualize in your mind's eyes.

With your eyes closed.

That you are.

In the base of your spine,

Your sit bones,

Is the tree trunk where the roots begin.

The connection between the earth of the upper world and the underworld.

We will begin some gentle breathing and visualization.

First I'll explain and then we will practice.

Imagining that you have roots underneath your sit bones.

Entering the earth.

And as we exhale we're allowing these roots to grow long and wide in all directions.

To anchor us into the earth.

We'll continue this breathing exercise until we feel rooted and connected to the core of the earth.

Let's begin.

Inhale deeply through the nose.

Exhale visualizing your roots growing deep into Mama Gaia.

Growing deeper and deeper.

Inhale again.

Exhale letting those roots grow deeply down,

Down,

Down.

Further into the earth.

One more time.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Allowing your roots to finally connect with the core of Mother Gaia,

Pachamama.

Feeling that connection lock in.

Feeling connected,

Rooted,

And supported from the earth.

We'll next receive energy from this connection from the core of the earth.

To revitalize our energy.

To energize us.

And to purify.

Let's begin.

Inhale imagining a golden magma from the core of the earth entering all the way up your roots.

All the way into the base of your spine.

And all the way up to your navel.

Your dantian.

Around your stomach,

Your solar plexus.

Exhale.

Relax and release.

Let's do that two more times.

Visualize sucking in on the inhale like a straw.

This energy,

This golden liquid plasma entering the roots.

Coming up,

Up,

Up.

All the way up into your stomach,

Your belly.

Filling it with this golden light.

And exhale.

Relax and receive.

Bring this energy,

This golden magma.

Bringing it all the way up to the belly,

The solar plexus,

The dantian.

Holding here.

Exhale.

Relax and receive.

Sitting here for a few breaths in stillness to integrate.

This energy upgrade.

One more breath.

Inhaling.

And gently flutter your eyes open.

Coming back to the room and the space around you.
