Welcome to day one.
Today is about love and it's not just about,
Yes,
I love this person,
I love that person.
It's about feeling love.
And I want you to take a good three to five minutes only to do this exercise.
So all you need to do is to sit quietly,
Think about someone who you love or people that you love.
Think about it in such a way that you feel the love inside you.
You feel the feeling of loving them.
And with this feeling then reach out to their heart from yours.
So like you're creating a connection of light,
Just sending this beautiful love that you feel to them.
I just want you to just bathe your system in the feeling of love.
Because when we do that,
The whole emotional state of being that we embody becomes grateful and happy.
And that changes the way the autonomic nervous system is responding.
It brings it into a very nice place where it activates a process of healing.
It regulates the heart rate and helps deflect stress.
So even three to five minutes of just sitting,
Feeling love is an amazing way to start.
So if you do this once today,
That's fine.
If you do it more than once today,
You get bonus points.
It's always a bonus.
Look,
You'll never regret time that you spent feeling love in your life.
