Today is a wonderful day to start working with intentions.
I want you to get into the practice of setting an intention for your day.
The morning.
You can do it when you get up,
When you leave your bedroom,
Or before you leave the house.
Whatever it is,
But I want you to set an intention for your day.
And then put like put out there that that's what you expect your day i i like to use the one that's i expect my day to flow with ease Because honestly,
Once I do that,
That's what happens.
Because that's what I expect.
It's what I intend and that's what I expect.
And that's what happens.
So whether you say my day is going to flow with ease or my day is going to be filled with happy surprises.
Or my days just going to feel good.
Whatever it is that you want for your intention for your day.
Decide what it is.
Put it out there and allow it to flourish.
Okay.
So in this practice time,
Decide what your intention is going to be for today.
Put it out there with all anticipation that that's all you need to do for it to start to come into being.
And let it go.
If you have any kinds of doubting thoughts,
Just say that those are silly and unnecessary and irrelevant.
And I am going to try this and see what happens.
Then just be like expecting it to go your way okay you can do this Expectation and intention are very powerful.
So start using them.
