Walk them.

Find a comfortable sitting position with your feet flat on the ground.

The back is straight.

Gently put your hands in your lap.

Palms can be facing up or down.

When you are ready,

Gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in here.

Slowly exhale,

Letting go of our day.

Take a deep breath in again.

Slowly exhale.

Just focusing on our breath.

Long inhales.

Long exhales.

And one more time,

Let's take a deep breath in.

Slowly exhale.

Just being present.

Right here,

Right now.

Leaving all our worries behind.

Take a deep breath in again.

And slowly exhale.

Grounding ourselves.

Feeling the earth under the soles of our feet.

Take a deep breath in again.

And slowly exhale.

And just watch the rise and fall of your belly as you breathe.

And perhaps the rise and fall of your chest as you breathe.

Take a deep breath in again.

And slowly exhale.

Watching your breath.

The ends of your breath.

Just notice.

And one last time,

Let's take a deep breath in.

And slowly exhale.

And let's slowly bring your attention back to the room where you are.

Start by gently moving your fingers and your toes.

And when you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes.
