Welcome to this I Am Mantra Meditation.
You will be led in a relaxed practice of simply using the words I Am as a mantra to redirect your attention to your forehead and simply fall into a steady rhythm of the mantra I Am.
As your mind wanders,
Just practice bringing it back to the mantra and your upward gaze.
There are many layers of the I Am in the music to assist your focus and provide a high vibrational attunement.
This also makes excellent background music to simply keep some of your awareness on the I Am of you.

Let us begin.
So take a breath.
Aware of the nostrils and bring your body and mind into the present moment.
Feel your body relax as you simply watch the breath.
Bringing all of your attention to your breath in and out,
Up and down.
As you simply and easily come into this present moment through the breath,
Just add the I Am mantra,
I on the in-breath and Am on the out-breath.
I on the in-breath,
Am on the out-breath.
Finding your steady rhythm as your body breathes itself.
I Am.
Now gently move your gaze upwards towards your forehead in a relaxed yet intentional direction,
Continuing your I Am mantra.
I on the in-breath,
Am on the out-breath.
That's right.
I Am.
Relaxing deeply with every breath and focusing on that point in the center of your forehead.
Just gently gazing upward as you allow the mantra to repeat and keep bringing your attention.
Allow the music to continue to help you redirect your focus until you simply just rest in the I Am nature.
