Hello and welcome to your meditation for a deep sleep.

Please begin by finding the most comfortable and cozy position you can.

Sink into the surface beneath you,

Take a nice deep breath,

And as you exhale,

Just let go of the whole day.

Nothing to think about,

Nowhere to be,

Nothing to do,

Just you right here,

Right now.

Once you've found the most comfortable position for you,

I invite you to close your eyes and just allow a feeling of calm,

Peacefulness to wash over you.

You are held and you have nothing to be concerned about in this moment.

Continuing to just breathe gently and comfortably at your own pace,

Feeling warm and cozy.

We're going to do a body scan to relax you from head to toe.

As you continue to breathe,

Just deepen your inhales a little bit and deepen each exhale just a little bit longer.

We're going to begin at the very top of your head.

Feel your scalp relax.

Carry this feeling of relaxation down to your eyelids.

Feel your eyelids relax.

And this feeling continues down into the rest of your face.

Deep,

Calm,

Gentle relaxation.

Feel your shoulders relax.

Allow them to fall away from your ears,

Letting go of any tension,

Any stiffness that you've been holding in your shoulders.

And allow the relaxation to carry down into your right arm,

All the way down to your right fingertips.

Whole right arm feeling heavy and relaxed.

Imagine now your left arm feeling this heavy sense of deep calm and relaxation all the way down to your left fingertips.

Whole body relaxing now.

Feel your chest relax.

Take a nice deep breath.

Your exhale,

Just allow yourself to relax even further.

Again,

Just melting into the surface beneath you.

Feel the entire back side of your body.

Heavy,

Calm,

And relaxed.

And now the whole front side of your body.

Heavy,

Relaxed.

And now gently shift your focus to your left leg,

Feeling the whole leg.

Feeling the whole left thigh relax.

The left calf relax.

Really left foot heavy and relaxed.

Letting go of any tension you may be holding on to in your toes,

In your feet.

And the same with the right leg.

Feeling the right thigh,

The right calf,

Right foot,

Heavy,

Relaxed.

Whole body calm,

As you gently allow yourself to fall asleep.

I wish you good night with short meditation.

Listen to this beautiful music.
