Thank you for joining me in this short meditation to inspire motivation for fitness and health.
Please begin by finding a comfortable position and closing your eyes.
Relax your shoulders back as you take a nice deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Instead of feeling like we have to exercise,
We can change our mindset to one of gratitude for our ability to move our bodies,
Gratitude for our strength,
Our willpower,
And all that our bodies allow us to do as we experience this life.
Take a moment now to appreciate that you are alive,
You are breathing,
And send yourself some love and appreciation for all that you do.
The endorphins released through exercise allow us to feel happier,
Lighter,
And more at peace with what is.
When we see what we are able to push through and overcome,
This effect ripples outward,
Allowing us to grow and evolve in other areas of our lives as well.
This also spreads positive energy to those around us.
The better we take care of our one body that we have in this life,
The better we are able to experience life and give to others.
As we go through the following series of affirmations,
Allow them to sink into your consciousness and really feel the emotion and truth behind each one of them.
I am setting a positive intention to take care of myself first.
I am grateful for my dedication to my health,
My body,
And my mind.
I am grateful for each breath of oxygen that I draw into my lungs.
I am grateful for how amazing it feels to be alive and healthy in this body.
I am exactly where I need to be.
I am perfect exactly as I am right now.
My fitness journey is entirely my own and I am free from comparison and judgment of myself and others.
I release any negative thoughts or limiting beliefs that I have about myself or my body.
I choose to feel confident,
To thrive,
And to live my life each day as fully as I can.
I am grateful for my ability to improve,
To push myself,
And to overcome obstacles.
Even if I accomplish nothing else today,
I am choosing to take care of my body and mind through movement and breath.
I look forward to this time of exercise that I have gifted to myself.
My positive energy and motivation radiates outwards as I share it with others.
My mind is powerful.
When I set positive intentions,
My body follows.
I am grateful for the sense of accomplishment and pride that I will feel once my workout is complete.
Allow these mantras to fill you up with motivation and positive energy.
