Wherever you are,
I just invite you to arrive and be where you are.
Be aware of your thoughts as they arise,
But don't engage.
Just be aware.
Right now,
I'm hearing a little bit of bird song.
I hope that you can hear that.
Such a beautiful sound.
Let's just receive it and be with it.
Nothing to learn,
Nowhere to be.
Let go of any resistance that you might be feeling about just being,
About just being open and receiving.
Let go.
Be open.
Be aware of your thoughts,
Feelings,
Sensations.
Just let them float by.
As distractions arise,
Just be with them.
There's a plane overhead right now.
That's what's making me think of that.
Be aware.
Just simply be aware of your distractions.
Don't analyze them.
Don't jump on board,
So to speak.
Just let them come and go.
All of these things,
Thoughts,
Feelings,
Perceptions,
Emotions,
They will rise and fall.
If your eyes have been closed,
You can come back into the room or wherever you happen to be at the moment.
