Hello my friend.

Welcome to this guided meditation to help you resolve anger.

There is a normal human emotion that everyone experiences at some point in their lives.

When you are angry,

You often are displaying a sense of frustration,

Displeasure or hostility towards something or someone.

Being helpless may also cause you to display anger.

Most people perceive anger as a negative emotion.

Even though this is true,

Anger is also a powerful motivator for positive change.

Learning of healthy ways to deal with your anger helps you use the emotion to your benefit to effect positive change.

For example,

Expressing yourself in a constructive way when you are angry can help you resolve conflict and clearly communicate your needs.

And not only that,

Anger as an emotion helps you define your boundaries.

During this meditation,

You will use your ability to imagine and feel to resolve any emotions of anger that you currently have.

You will need to be still and trust in order to receive a powerful healing message.

This amazing meditation is one you can return to time and time again.

Begin by setting an intention.

Ask yourself,

How will I show up in the world once I am able to resolve my angry emotions?

Adjust your body so that you are comfortable.

Inhale through your nostrils for a count of 4,

3,

2,

1 and exhale.

Close your eyes.

Shift your focus down to your stomach,

Right on your belly button.

Imagine you have a nose in this spot and use it to continue to breathe to help center your body.

Exhale through the nose over your belly button for a count of 4,

3,

2,

1 and exhale.

Allow your body to adjust itself into an even more comfortable position.

Inhale again through the nose over your belly button for a count of 4,

3,

2,

1 and exhale allowing your body to relax even further.

One more time.

Inhale through the nose over your belly button for a count of 4,

3,

2,

1 and exhale.

For the rest of this meditation,

Continue to breathe through the nose over your belly button.

Now imagine yourself in a camp site.

It's a special camp site with magical properties and unique colors.

Imagine you are thousands of trees.

The trees have see-through trunks and white colored leaves.

You see purple healing energy coursing through the trees.

You are seated on the ground.

The ground too is clear and alive.

It has the same purple healing energy coursing through it.

In front of you is a 10 foot campfire with purple flames that are also alive.

On your right is a teacup with water that is the perfect temperature.

And on your left is a red notebook with your name on it.

The book is filled with writings of everything causing you to feel angry.

Everything ready,

Supported and motivated to resolve your anger.

You pick up and flip open the red book to the writings detailing the emotion of anger you are ready to resolve.

You read the writings and feel the anger.

Then you say the following,

I am healing this anger for the benefit of all involved.

Continue repeating the mantra in your mind and breathing through the nose over your belly button.

I am healing this anger for the benefit of all involved.

Soon sparks of purple flames burst out and fall on the open page in the red notebook.

The sparks burn off the writings without burning the page.

Once the page is clear.

A white leaf falls from a tree into the cup changing the hot water into the color white.

You put the book down,

Pick up the cup and drink the water.

A magical feeling washes all over you.

You now know and fully understand what the emotion of anger was teaching you.

You now know and fully understand what to do next.

Return your attention back to the nose over your belly button.

Inhale for a count of 5,

4,

3,

2,

1 and exhale.

Open your eyes.

Move your toes and your fingers.

Stretch your arms,

Legs,

Your neck and other parts of your body.

Whenever you feel angry and wish to know how to resolve it,

Return to this meditation.
