And today we're going to decrease your anxiety from worry.
If you've listened to any of my other short meditations,
You know I try to keep them less than 15 minutes.
So for such a short time,
I need you to trust me.
We don't have much time,
And you have nothing to lose.
So find a place where you can be alone and uninterrupted for about 15 minutes.
That way,
You'll be able to immerse yourself in the sounds and let them do their magic.
Listen to my voice,
But don't try to focus on every word.
Just let my words and the sounds effortlessly wash over you.
Your spirit is very wise,
And it already knows what you need to hear.
Just surrender to the sounds,
And you'll feel them penetrating you.
Despite you wanting to stop your anxiety from worry,
I'm going to ask you a favor.
Maybe it's a small basket of work.
Just think of it as an experiment.
Nobody's watching.
Just let yourself drift on the waves of these sounds.
Just become aware of all the sensations around you.
Just notice without judging.
Feel your feet and wiggle your toes.
As you inhale,
Allow your breath to gather up to restore gentle energy and vitality within you.
Feel your breath move in your chest and belly,
And be grateful for this moment.
And it wants you to know that you are okay.
That everything is going to be okay.
It whispers to you that it is here to support you.
Support your best self.
And it will help you take your next step.
That is all you can do.
You do not worry about what your breath will be like tomorrow.
Likewise,
You can trust your actions when they are guided by your love and care.
All concerns are resolved with a peaceful,
Clear mind.
And feel what has changed in your body.
Soften into your breath and know that you can return to it again and again.
