In this series, I will be sharing my favorite quote and give my perspective about it. Today's message is about the number one thing that drains our energy. Although, some may disagree, the biggest energy drainer in my opinion, is our own thoughts. Nothing drains our energy as much as our own thoughts.

Hello there,

This is Sandeep from Inside Timer.

Welcome to today's episode of Message of the Day.

Today's message is about the number one thing that drains our energy.

Any guesses?

Although some may disagree,

The biggest energy drainer,

In my opinion,

Is our own thoughts.

Nothing drains our energy as much as our own thoughts.

The situations in our life or the people around us no doubt influence the way we feel.

But ultimately,

It is our interpretation of the current situation that decides how we feel about a given situation.

For example,

Two people experiencing the same situation will have two different opinions based on their individual interpretations.

So my message of the day is to be aware of your thoughts.

More often than not,

Our mind has got the habit of exaggerating a particular situation.

This is a reminder to go easy on yourself and protect your peace.
