Find a comfortable place where you can be seated for the next few minutes without being disturbed.

This session can also be done in the lying down position if you want to be more relaxed.

Start by making yourself more comfortable.

Make the necessary adjustments in your body.

Wiggle your toes and fingers.

And relax every single muscle so that you are at absolute ease.

If you are in the seated position,

Try to keep your back straight but at the same time try not to be too rigid.

Take a deep inhalation and with an exhalation completely relax your body.

Drop all your efforts and just try to be in the present moment.

Try to focus on the experience of this moment.

You can try to focus on the sights,

The sounds,

The sensations that you are experiencing in the present moment.

But at the same time,

Don't try too hard.

You don't have to focus on any particular thing but just try to maintain an awareness of the experience in the present moment.

Inhale deeply and with an exhalation completely relax your body and your mind.

Drop all the efforts and just try to be aware of the experience in the present moment.

For these few minutes there is nothing to think about.

Nothing to worry about.

Inhale deeply and with an exhalation relax even further.

And drop all efforts completely.

Just witness the present moment as it is.

So for these five minutes to be finished.

It's okay if there are some thoughts arising in your mind.

All you need to do is just try to be more aware of the present moment.

You don't have to fight with your thoughts.

Just try to keep your awareness in the present moment and just ignore the thoughts.

Inhale deeply and with an exhalation completely relax and just rest in the present moment.

Now slowly become aware of your surroundings.

Become aware of the sensations in the body.

Allow yourself to end this session.
