It is rather difficult to succeed in the journey of meditation your body becomes an impediment rather than a means Some practices that have been used traditionally to take care of the body include yoga Tai Chi Chi Gong and even some other martial arts You can use any of these practices that work for you So that you are able to sit for longer durations without having numbness in your arms and legs.
