Welcome to root chakra meditation. Just getting yourself nice and relaxed. Just that you can stand, You can sit, You can lay. We breathe in through our nose, Breathe out releasing the day. And breathing again, Connecting our breath to our body. And breathing in again, And now allowing this breath to just travel down through the body to the soles of the feet. Start to feel that connection to the earth. Just start to visualize beautiful roots, Traveling down, Thin, And deeper and deeper, Getting stronger and stronger as you root down to the earth. Start to feel that energy of the earth now traveling up and connecting to the roots, And traveling up to the soles of the feet. To feel a sense of grounding, A sense of connection. You start to move up that energy to the root chakra. You move in the body, You step in the feet, Just to feel that connection. And start to visualize a beautiful red light now, Glowing from the root chakra. As it glows and vibrates with your spirit, Gently or fast, Start to feel that energy of the root chakra vibrating now, Cleansing and clearing that energetic body build. Pulsates, Vibrates out, Fullness, Releasing, Fears are drawn away, The mood, It shifts away the fears, That insecurity, That feeling of not being safe. And now you start to feel safe. The energy of the earth grounds you and brings you into the now. The body go, Let it flow, Breathe, Smile, Body starts to move, Feeling connected. Taking in a deep breath, Blowing the body down, Just breathing through the nose, Releasing that breath, Just connecting to the root chakra energy, Just maybe placing the hands down there on the root chakra, And just breathing in, Feeling that sense of calm, And then we move up now to the sacral chakra. Taking a deep breath in and moving that grounding energy, That root chakra energy up, Connecting with the sacral. As we now connect in with the beautiful orange glow, We're connecting with the moon energy. The sacral is our intuition, It's our sensual energy, Our sexual energy, Creative energy, Connected to relationships. When we're out of sync with relationship harmony, Or whatever that is with a person, With food, With money, This is where the energy is not flowing. So today we're going to get into that flow. So start to move the hips, Envision a beautiful orange glow just below the belly button. Circle the hips one way, Circle the hips the other, Start to feel that life force energy flowing up, And that you are supported and held by the earth. Recalling the energies of the moon, Cleanse and clear, That orange glow starts to vibrate. And energy, Frustration, Flowing out now. Move those hips, Visualize that orange glow, Just vibrating into your energy field, Into your emotional body. Cleansing and clearing, Asking your body, What emotions do I need to release? Breathe. Unmove, Flow. Allow the emotions to rise. Story. Just allow, As they come up. Give yourself permission. I allow myself to release all emotions that no longer support me. At this time, I release them from my body. I allow and let go. And I allow myself to flow effortlessly. Really feel that creative life force energy now, Just filling you up, Expanding. Lights up. Be how the hips move now. Use your space. Ground the floor. Don't stay still. You've got it. Let the emotions flow. We are coming up for a big release. Let it out. You need to roar. Make it sound. To laugh, Laugh. Let it out. Again, Giving self permission to release. I release the emotions that no longer support my well-being. And I surrender to the flow. And I allow my creativity to flow through me. And I move the way you love asking me to move. Blowing. Keep moving those hips. You start to slow down. Bringing that energy up. Allowing it to transform a release. Feeling that flow. Breathing in. Have a body to keep moving. I allow new connections to flow to me. I allow the right connections that honour and support to flow to me now. Take a deep breath in. And breathe out. Just placing the hands now. Just on the belly button. And if you can place them in a triangle, Just feel that energy just flowing through. To connect with that sacral. Slowing down just a little. Breathing in. Breathing out. This energy now. And the moon's energy to flow up and connect to your solar plexus, Which is just under the rib cage. And so just visionising now a beautiful golden light. The rays of the sun coming up into the body. Staying connected. That beautiful yellow glow starts to expand. Starts to vibrate out. And we're connecting with the sun energy here. And this is where our ego sits. This is where we can have a lot of restriction, A lot of anger and frustrations. This is where poor eating habits can affect the rest of our body and our will and our drive to move forward. And as we're connecting here, We start to loosen up and let go. So, Lifting the arms up. Reaching towards the sun. And allowing that beautiful glow. And the warmth of the sun to just fill you. Sit forward, Down. Lifting every cell in the body. Lifting you up. To move. To move like fire. Let it transform. Let it release all those I can'ts and turn them into I can. And move. Don't be afraid to let go. Let all those inhibitions go. And lift you up forward. Keep moving. Use your space. You've got this. And then shaking the hands. Shaking out the legs. Shake the body. Release that energy. Feel that flow. And if you're feeling really brave, Just open your mouth and let your voice roar. I can't hear you. But allow it to roar. Let it out. Let all those unspoken words be expressed. And shake. I'm shaking. I'm doing it with you. Though you can't see me, I am doing it with you. And then breathing in to that solar plexus. And just feeling, What's your intuition want to do? What have you been telling yourself that you can't do? What do you want to do? Just saying and affirming to yourself that I can. As many times as you like. I can dance. I can let go. I can allow. I can love. I can be loved. Let it all out. Let it go. This is your time. I'm breathing in. And letting go. I'm taking a deep breath in. And I'm just placing those hands underneath the ribcage. Just feeling that beautiful energy. Feeling that glow. Feeling that masculine energy. Because this is where it sits. Breathing in. Working together. Supporting each other. As the energy of the earth holds this space with you. So you can effectively move. Breathing in. And taking that energy up. Up into our heart space. Just breathing into that heart space. Just visualizing beautiful greens and pinks. Your heart starts to open and expand. And when we don't trust, We don't feel safe. And when we don't feel safe, We won't trust. We need to open our heart. And find love within the earth to flow through. So get playful. Get happy. Be silly. Laugh. Expand that heart now into the space. Opening up and clearing. Clearing all bodies. All minds. As you release and let go. Recognize your love. That you are love. Feel that beautiful green and pink light just expanding. Feeling that divine truth of who you are just blowing out. Keep expanding. Release those tears. Open your heart. Come tucked in with that divine love. And just raise your arms up. Where you're receiving. Feel that divine love now pouring down through you. Coming from above. Coming up from the earth. And coming from your heart space. Feel that love lift you. Hold you. And wrapping your arms just around you. And move. Just saying, I've got you. I love you. Lifting that energy up and sending it out. Sending it out into the world. Like, I love you. Just hold that space. Hold that energy. And let it go. Send it out. Feeling in again. I really love you. And sending it out. Sending it out to the world. Grab and hold that energy again. Really embodying that. Remembering who you are. And send it out to loved ones. And then we move it. And send it to those that are in pain. Send it to the people that need it the most. The people that own a lot of fear. That have forgotten how to be. That are afraid to love. So just send that out to those. We all get upset. We all get triggered. Sometimes we just need someone to love us. To remind us that it's all ok. And sending that love out again. Expanding it out. To the animal kingdom. To the plant kingdom. To the trees. To the earth. Really feeling that flow through you. The death of burning. I am love. I am loving. I receive love the right way. Breathing in. Placing those hands just on the heart space. Just gently moving the body. Really embody all that love. All that divine love. Feeling yourself lifted. Feeling more peaceful. Spending the moment here with this energy. And then we move that energy up. To our throat chakra. So just visualising now a beautiful turquoise blue. Vibrating. Cleansing. Clearing. Shifting out that energy. We tap into our self expression. Our divine truth. All that energy that we have been shifting, Moving, Playing. Now we come up to the expression. So tap into that warrior energy. Tap into that spiritual warrior of who you are. And let that express itself. Feel the power. Feel the power. Feel the power. Feel the power. Feel the power.
