Welcome to your practice.
As we begin,
Find yourself in a comfortable position.
This can mean sitting down on the floor,
In a chair,
Maybe laying down on a mat or in your bed.
Wherever you are,
Fully surrendering in the body and starting to tune into the mind.
Softening the forehead and then softening the forehead even more.
Having any holding in the eyebrows,
In the eyelids,
Allowing the eyes to close gently.
Relax the cheeks,
The jaw,
Allowing the tongue to rest away from the roof of your mouth.
Feel the shoulders and neck soften.
Feeling this sensation of softness travel into the heart center where it is pumped throughout the rest of your body,
Communicating this sense of safety,
Security and allowance.
Releasing any holding in the belly,
The pelvic floor and the glutes.
Seeing your entire body softening wherever you are.
Now begin to notice the breath.
Keep noticing the natural quality of your breath in this moment.
Notice where the breath is traveling to.
Notice how deep the breath is traveling.
As you breathe in now,
Envision the sense of ease traveling into your body.
So not thinking too much about this,
But when I say the word ease,
What sensations do you feel inside the body?
Just envisioning those sensations getting a little bit stronger each time that you inhale.
As you breathe in now,
Envision the sense of strength traveling into your body.
In your mind's eye,
Seeing yourself as what you consider to be strong.
This could mean many different things,
But what does it mean to you?
Seeing the sensation of your strength growing a little bit with each inhale.
As you inhale now,
See the sense of peace growing within you.
Noticing the first sensations that come up for you as you picture yourself in peace.
Noticing any expression on the face.
Noticing your posture.
Taking notes of how you see yourself in peace.
Feel the self-assurance that comes with being at peace.
Feel yourself trusting yourself.
How do you feel standing up for what you believe in?
And feeling those feelings attached with that action.
How do you feel taking care of your loved ones?
Feel these sensations growing within you.
Now start to visualize your ideal society.
There's no need to think about what this means.
Just when I say the words ideal society,
Allow the images to naturally arise.
What does an ideal society look like to you?
How does an ideal society feel to you?
Bring all of your awareness into this daydream of your ideal life.
Feel every aspect of it as if it were with you right now.
Feel the truth and the likelihood of this ideal world becoming your reality.
Feel the sense of peace overcome you as you realize that this sensation is true for every soul on this earth.
Feel every soul on this earth overcome by a deep sense of peace.
See all the people working together driven by nothing else but pure love.
See every color of human being painting the earth with vibrant greens and blues as the skies clear,
The ocean heals,
And the forests grow.
See the entire world engulfed in love and peace.
Listen to the voice deep within you confirming this is true.
Allow all of the sensations gathered from your ultimate reality sink into your body and your bones.
Feel the senses of ease,
Of strength,
Of peace,
Of power to act,
And of love to soak in to every cell of your being.
May you always carry this knowing within you.
May you never lose hope on achieving world peace.
