Make your way into a comfortable position,
Laying wherever you are.
Allow your body to shift until you find a place where you can fully relax.
Get any fidgeting out of your system.
And then when you're ready,
Release yourself into stillness.
Allow your eyelids to be heavy and closed if they aren't already.
Closing the windows of the body and turning the gaze inward.
Let the forehead soften and expand as you feel any tension melt down the face.
Feeling the cheeks,
The jaw,
And the tongue all let go,
Surrendering into their natural position.
The eyes sink back and down,
The brain resting toward the back of the skull.
Release the need to hold anything up.
Trust that you are supported.
Allow every cell of your body to be supported.
Feel the softness from your head expand down the neck and into the shoulders.
Let the shoulders rest down and back,
Feeling all the muscles in the neck and shoulders surrender to your call to rest.
Let the sense of release wrap around your chest and heart center.
Tune in to the rhythm of your heartbeat.
Feel the beat expand down and across your chest,
Encompassing the lungs and rib cage.
Let this healing pulse continue to travel down the torso and into the belly.
Allow any tension in the belly to soften.
Allow any pain in the belly to simply exist.
Release the need to change the way you are feeling.
Practice acceptance.
Accept whatever feelings are present in the belly,
No matter how painful they may be.
Cultivate a sense of curiosity to the pain,
Detaching yourself as best as you can,
Being kind,
Gentle,
And patient with yourself.
Allow your pelvic floor to soften.
Allow the glutes,

And anus to all soften.
Not thinking too much about this.

Notice the pulsing in the palms of both hands and all ten fingers.
Notice the blood running through every inch of your body.
Slowly and mindfully place your left hand on your heart and your right hand on your stomach.
Honor the body's natural intelligence and trust that the hands will fall exactly where they're needed most.
Allow the hands to rest fully on your body.
Feel the body fully surrender under the weight of your hands.
Begin to pay close attention to the heartbeat pulsing into your left hand.
Notice the rhythm and any sensations that come up for you.
Feel the rhythm of your palm pulsing back into your heart.
Feel the energy you're creating in your heart center.
The sharing of energy between your palm and your heart.
Feeding each other more light and love.
Now pay close attention to the beating sensation in your stomach.
Notice the rhythm and sensations existing within the belly.
Feel your right palm pulsing back into the beating sensation of the belly.
Feel the energy you're creating between your palm and your stomach.
Feel them feeding and healing each other.
Feel the communication between the palms of your hands,
Your heart,
And your stomach.
Now allow your left palm to receive love and light from your heart center.
Feel the sensations of your heart travel into your left palm,
Into the left wrist,
Up your left arm.
Feel the sensations from your heart coming across your shoulder blades into your right shoulder,
Down your right arm,
Into your right wrist,
Your right palm,
And into your belly.
Feel the channel of energy travel from your heart,
Left hand,
Left arm,
Left shoulder,
Right shoulder,
Right arm,
Right hand,
Into your stomach.
Feel the love,
Light,
And powerful support from your heart feed into your stomach.
Let the love from your heart soak into your stomach.
Feel the energy from your heart.

Let your belly fill up with the pureness of your heart.
Letting the belly fill up so much with this love that it connects back to your heart.
Allowing this channel of energy to come full circle.
