Bring your attention to your chest.
Imagine right between your two collarbones,
Just a little lower,
A beautiful green diamond.
It's a heart.
It's shimmering.
It's a golden green,
Full of light.
And it's sitting there right in your chest next to your physical heart.
This is your heart chakra,
The energy portal that connects you with loved ones,
Expands relationships,
Brings energy of love,
Compassion,
And forgiveness.
This is the space of receiving and giving,
Connection,
Unconditional love,
Connection,
Unconditional love.
Imagine this diamond,
This heart-shaped diamond spinning very gently,
Moving counterclockwise,
Like a vortex or a spiral,
Moving at the beat and rhythm of your physical heart.
It's warm.
It's soft and powerful.
Allow its light to radiate,
To expand into your shoulders,
The back of your neck,
Into your back,
Your trapezoids,
Into your lungs,
Your physical heart,
Your ribs.
This beautiful green light shining through,
Taking all of the space in your torso,
Your arms,
Your elbows,
Your hands,
Reaching all the way into your palms and every finger and fingertip,
Opening up the chakras in your hands,
Beautiful vortexes of healing,
Of giving and receiving.
Imagine in your right hand a beautiful lotus flower,
The hand of offering,
Of giving to others,
Of generosity,
Of unconditional love.
This lotus flower,
The hand of giving to others,
Of unconditional love,
This lotus flower is a symbol of this love,
Of your ability to give when you have the strength,
The courage,
The energy,
When your heart is full of love,
Full of light.
Bring your attention now to your left hand.
This is the hand of receiving.
Imagine a miniature pond in your left hand,
It's shimmering bright like a sky filled with stars.
And in this hand,
You receive energy life force when you choose.
You receive abundance,
Love,
Gifts,
Compliments,
And all offerings from others and the universe.
This is your receiving hand.
Allow this hand to receive and bring new light energy into your body.
Both physical and energetic.
Your entire body now is filling with this green light.
It's expanding and expanding and expanding as it flows through your belly,
Your hips,
Your legs,
And your feet.
As it gently and softly fills your neck,
Your head,
In between your eyes and the top of your head,
You are filled with this green golden light from your heart.
You are filled with love.
You are love.
You are the embodiment of love and you deserve love and compassion.
You deserve to receive and only give when you want to.
You are deserving of healthy,
Loving relationships.
You are deserving of all offerings that come your way.
Surrender and allow yourself to receive.

And just notice as you invite any offerings,
What comes up?
Are there any thoughts like I am not deserving or this feels nice?
Do any emotions surface?

The physical sensation to cry?
Is there tension in your ribs or in your chest?
Just notice what surfaces.
Do you feel light,
Tingling,
A burden being lifted?
Or do you notice the pressure from past burdens and responsibilities on your shoulders and neck?
Allow yourself to let go of old wounds,
Of any thoughts that no longer serve you,
Letting go of limiting beliefs like you are not deserving,
Letting go of any conditional love or behaviors or thoughts,
Letting go of any physical tension by softening and soothing,
Letting go,
Letting go,
Letting go,
Releasing,
Releasing,
Releasing,
Surrendering,
Surrendering,
Surrendering.
Allowing the light to move kind of in.
The light,
Golden green light,
To heal your entire body,
To fill all of the spaces with this love,
This energy,
And to soften and soothe the whole body.
Let yourself melt.
As you receive,
As you release,

Soften and soothe.

And repeat these affirmations with me.
I am deserving of love.
I am lovable.
I am loving.

Allowing myself to receive every time I give and giving every time I receive.
Rebalancing my behaviors with giving and receiving.
Rebalancing all of my actions with giving and receiving.
Finding balance in my relationships and connections.
As I receive and release,

I am allowing love.

And every time it is needed,

Take a moment here to connect with your heart one more time.
You can place a hand on your heart.
A hand on your belly for nurture.
And just give yourself this moment of gentle tenderness.

And we'll end this meditation with three deep breaths.
Inhaling through the nose.
And releasing through the mouth.
Exhaling through the nose.
And exhaling through the mouth.
One more time.
When you are ready,
Gently and softly begin to move your toes.
Wiggle your fingers.
Gently come back into your body.
You can stretch.
Move your body in whichever way that it needs.
Very gently come back to the couch where you were sitting or the chair.
Gently move back into your body.
Into the room where you are.
