Take a nice deep inhalation and slowly exhale out through your mouth,
Relaxing your shoulders and releasing any tension from your mind and your body.
Starting to connect with your breath now,
Becoming aware of the love in this breath,
The divine love all around you as you breathe calmly and relaxed.
Inviting in your higher self,
The highest version of yourself to come be with you now.
Breathe this version of yourself into your body.

The guardians of the cardinal directions.
In the east,
Calling in star Alderbaran with Archangel Michael,
Watcher of the east element of earth,
Bringing in the divine blue ray.
Feel the blue ray surrounding you now and holding the space.
Moving to the south,
Calling in star Fomalhaut,
Archangel Gabriel,
Watcher of the south,
Bringing in the element of fire and the white silver ray swirling around you now,
Holding the space.
Moving to the west,
Calling in star Antares,
Archangel Uriel,
The watcher of the west,
Element of water,
Bringing in the golden ray spiraling all around you.
Breathe it in.
Moving to the north,
Calling in star Regulus,
Archangel Raphael,
Watcher of the north,
The element of air and the beautiful emerald green ray,
Come be with you now.
Feel these beautiful colors and energies,
360 degrees all around you and the archangels of the vertical plane,
Archangel Metatron,
Coming down to hold the space,
Filtering beautiful divine love all around you.
Archangel Sanlophone,
Bringing up the energy through the soles of your feet,
Up through your legs to hold the space and anchor.

We say the prayer of light,
An invocation of light to remind you of your soul essence and purity.

I am the body and consciousness of divine source.
I am the sacred hands of divinity moving through this earth,
Creating love,
Peace and harmony.
I am the elements of nature balanced and flowing through my heart fire.
I am a director of light.
My focus reestablishes benevolence.
Every breath I breathe is tethered to divine source and I radiate magnificence throughout this earth and the cosmic realms.
