Notice the weight of your body,
Not as heaviness,
But as rootedness.
With each inhale,
Feel the breath entering like a key,
Unlocking the quiet.
With each exhale,
Feel yourself settling,
Like dust drifting back to the sacred ground.
Breathe gently.
There is nothing to fix,
Nothing to do.
You are already whole.
There is a place beneath your thoughts where stillness lives,
A space beyond noise,
Where breath becomes a doorway.
Inhale and feel that doorway opening.
Exhale and step gently into the quiet field.
Here,
In this space,
Healing happens without effort.
Stillness is not absence,
It is a medicine made of presence.
In the quiet,
Your soul remembers what the world forgets.
In this field,
You are surrounded by your source light.
You are breathing it into all the cells of your body and exhaling through all the cells of your body.
Whisper inwardly these next affirmations.
I am whole.
I am held.
I am here.
My breath is my home.
Stillness heals me.
I am the quiet field.
