Hi my love,
Thank you for allowing me to be your guide as we go on a walk through nature where you manifest all of your desires.
Let's get started by getting into a comfortable position.
Maybe you're laying down or sitting in a chair with your back supported.
Or maybe you're on the floor with your meditation cushion.
Every option works here.
And as always,
Remember that this is your meditation practice and the best option is the option that works for you.
Let's go ahead and start centering ourselves by paying attention to your surroundings.
Look around and observe what you see.
Let's do that without any judgement or storytelling.
Gently let your eyes take you from place to place.
Slowly fluttering them shut until you're ready to close them.
Start to arrive at the center of your being and feel your breath starting to sink with the beating of your heart.
With every breath you take,
Pay more attention to your inhales and exhales.
This is your practice and your meditation.
Your only goal is to even out your breath so that each inhale feels as long and deep as the exhale.
Follow your heart and breathe.
Give yourself grace and love.
Remember that your body is separate from your true self.
So give your body the grace it deserves and your soul the love it longs for.
Imagine you're walking down a long,
Dark hallway.
It feels as if you're floating in darkness.
But with every step you take,
You're getting closer to a door.
There is light coming out from every edge of that door.
And as you get closer,
You're starting to feel a cool,
Crisp breeze coming from the other side.
You take a step in and hear the dry leaves crinkle underneath your feet.
You carefully take another step in another,
Looking up at the trees that tower well above you.
You can barely see any detail in some of them as your gaze reaches their tops.
You can see the clear sky and birds flying high and slow above the forest.
You can smell the crisp,
Fresh scent of the wildflowers and pine trees.
It mixes with the dampness of the moss and fallen leaves.
You feel relaxed,
At peace,
One with nature.
The air surrounding you is perfect,
Not warm,
But not cold enough to make you shiver.
You feel refreshed by the pungent air of the damp forest floor.
You take a deep breath in and bask in the purity you're experiencing.
Exhale and feel part of the forest,
Part of nature.
You,
The trees,
The birds,
The flowers,
All made out of elements,
The same elements.
You are nature,
And nature is you.
You walk further and hear the sound of water coming from somewhere nearby.
You keep on walking,
And the sound is getting stronger and louder.
In between the branches of the trees,
You can spot fragments of glistening water dancing in the distance.
Is it a lake?
A river?
You push through the forest and step closer to the source.
The ground underneath your feet changes from leaves and moss to dark and rich greenery and then pure white pillowy sand.
You step in and the sand gives in to your foot,
Hugging it as you step in,
Releasing it as you step out.
You feel the warmth of sunshine on your skin.
It's getting warmer now.
The heat spreads all over your body and allows you to relax.
You soften your forehead,
Your eyes,
Cheeks and lips.
You unclench your jaw and relax your neck,
Shoulders and arms.
You feel your chest melting down into your abdomen and your belly give in to every inhale and exhale without any fight.
The warmth is spreading further all the way down to your thighs,
Calves and feet.
You feel so light,
So relaxed.
You walk closer towards the body of water and realize it's a lake.
It's beautiful.
Filled with crystal clear water that's so pure and clear.
You can see every grain of sand and every pebble at the bottom of it.
You walk along the shoreline following the sound of water.
It's getting louder and louder with every step you take.
You turn the corner and see a majestic waterfall feed into the lake.
It is so tall you have to stretch your neck to see the top of it.
The water gently evaporates as it descends into the lake and you can feel small drops of ice cold water blending on your face,
Arms and legs.
You place your right hand on your heart and connect with your next inhale and exhale.
From this place of serenity and peace you can see your heart's deepest desires unfolding right in front of you.
What is it that you truly deeply long for?
What is your heart telling you right now?
Can you imagine your life if this were to come true?
How would you feel?
How much happiness would this bring to you?
How grateful would you feel for having all the things that your heart longs for?
Focus on this feeling of gratitude.
Allow yourself to be in the headspace where everything you've always dreamt of is already coming true.
You turn towards the waterfall again and in between the sheets of descending water,
You see a door carved into the rocks.
You step your feet into the lake and feel the icy cold water on your warmed body.
It is soothing and invigorating.
You step in deeper and the feeling spreads all over your body with each step you take.
You're walking towards the waterfall,
Getting closer and closer.
You take another deep breath in,
Hold,
And cross through the fountain of falling water.
You exhale.
You find yourself on the other side of the water with the door just a few feet above you.
You slowly climb out of the water on the carefully stocked rocks that resemble steps.
You open the door and step back into the dark hallway.
You slowly come back to your body,
Your mind,
Your breath.
You feel the chair,
Floor,
Or mattress that's supporting you right now.
Gently wiggle your fingertips or toes.
Stretch your neck if it feels appropriate to you and gently move it from side to side.
Connect with your breath one more time.
Take a deep long inhale and a long exhale.
When you're ready,
You can gently open your eyes.
Thank yourself for taking this time to practice today.
I hope your mind has been eased and your soul has been lightened.
I'm filled with gratitude that you've let me guide you through this practice today.
