Hi.

Settle in.

Lay down or take a seat.

Close your eyes if you feel safe.

Take a long,

Deep inhale and slowly exhale.

Observe your breath as it is right now without trying to change it.

Connect with the vibration of your body.

How does your heartbeat feel right now?

What is your body telling you?

Is there space to become calmer?

Let your thoughts come to a still and observe as your body responds to the feelings of calmness.

Let your breath slowly settle as you relax.

Inhale and exhale.

Make each one of your inhales and exhales longer and deeper.

Feel the breath moving through you,

Calming you,

Slowing you down,

Bringing stillness into your soul.

Imagine the air you are breathing in as a calming and nurturing stream of energy.

It is filling every part of you and bringing relief to any areas of pain or tension.

As you exhale,

Imagine you are breathing out all of the pain,

The anxiety and stress that you carry with you.

Inhale and exhale.

Let your mind empty and just focus on your breath.

If there are any thoughts wandering through your mind right now,

Reminders of any worries or anxieties,

Simply acknowledge them,

Observe what your mind is telling you and let them go.

Focus on being here right now.

Feel this moment and be present.

There is nothing else to do,

Nowhere else to be.

Everything that's on your to-do list can wait.

Give yourself this time.

This is your time.

Give your body the grace it deserves and your soul the love it longs for.

Move your breath as it flows in and out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Sit with your breath as it moves in and out.

You are safe here,

Safe to let your mind be without thinking or worrying.

Simply be and breathe.

Inhale and exhale.

In and out.

In and out.

In and out.

If you ever need to break free from anxious thoughts or feelings of worry,

Remember to reconnect with your breath.

Focus on your inhales and exhales and observe your body as it settles and calms.

When you're ready,

You can open your eyes and reconnect with your surroundings.

Thank yourself for taking this time to practice today.

I hope your mind has been eased and your soul has been lightened.
