Welcome to your meditation with Groundhog.
Find a comfortable position,
Comfort is key.
And feel at home where you're sitting or where you're laying.
Feel connected with the ground and feel connected with the universe.
So below,
So above,
So above,
So below.
And so it is.
Slowly close your eyes and start concentrating on your breath.
Feel the breath going through the nose into your body.
Feeling it filling up.
And just follow that breath.
Follow that rhythm that connects with you,
That makes sense to you.
And notice how your breath is calming you down.
It's calming down your nervous system.
It's even calming down the chatter in your mind.
If you want for a moment,
Place your hands on your heart.
And connect with the intention for this meditation.
To connect with hibernation,
Foundation,
Boundaries.
And take a moment to connect with your own personal intentions as well.
Know that you are in a safe place.
And surrounded by energy that holds you in high regards.
With lots of love and kindness.
And while we're connecting with the energy of Groundhog,
I invite you in your mind's eye to envision that you're walking into this beautiful field.
It's a beautiful piece of nature that has trees and open spaces and scrubs and sand and water.
Take a moment and look around and really emerge yourself in this beautiful place.
It really gives you a feeling of coming home.
Being grounded.
And while you're walking around,
Every step you take,
You're feeling more and more relaxed,
Calmer and calmer.
While you're looking around,
You start to feel that sparkle in your eye and the smile on your face.
It's such an amazing place to be.
So magical.
And then when you look down,
You see a beautiful opening in the ground.
And there is some fresh sand in front of it.
Some uprooted ground.
You feel how you're slowly sitting down in front of this entrance.
And while you're doing this,
You start to feel the ground moving a little bit and trembling a little bit.
It has this nice rhythm as someone that is coming towards the front door.
And while you're paying attention to this beautiful opening in the ground,
You first start to see the nose and slowly a whole face starts to emerge.
And there is the groundhog.
And he looks at you and welcomes you.
You just take a few breaths together while you're connecting.
While you're starting to be open for conversation.
You really feel that grateful energy over you that this animal is here today to connect with you.
When the two of you are aligned together in energy,
The groundhog invites you to follow him into his beautiful burrow.
And he goes first.
And you follow him.
And with entering into the beautiful hallways that have been created with so much love,
You feel how you're being invited into a safe space.
Slowly you go deeper and deeper into the hallways.
And you're walking through some different rooms.
You have the feeling that you slowly go deeper and deeper into the earth.
You notice how your heartbeat is getting calmer and slower.
And you also notice how all the things that are creating stress in your life the to-do lists,
The requests from outside,
The requests that you don't know how to say no to,
The decisions you feel you have to make,
They're all slowly,
Slowly disappearing.
You feel that you're becoming you more and more.
Calm and relaxed.
And before you know it,
You arrive in this beautiful open space together with the groundhog.
And you're sitting down in his living room.
Just notice how there is just no distraction.
How you feel that you are connected with this beautiful safe energy.
And the groundhog looks at you.
And then slowly starts to explain to you how you can set up your own boundaries,
Your own grid.
Your own hallways where you can walk and be in a safe space.
And just take a moment and let the groundhog help you visualize how you can set up your own boundaries.
Follow the energy,
Follow your intuition in your breath by listening to the groundhog.
And now you're connected with your beautiful boundaries that feel so natural to you.
Place your hands on your heart and ask these boundaries to be up with you all the time.
And know that what needs to come through your hallways,
They know their way.
The gate will open up for them.
But everything that needs to be and staying outside,
They will stay out.
Being in this beautiful place and space that you have now created together,
Just start connecting with your breath.
And notice that by slowing down,
You're getting into this place of calm.
A place of resting.
And I'm just going to leave you in this energy of hibernation together with groundhog.
To just be.
If messages want to come through,
They can.
If nothing wants to come through and just to be quiet,
That's fine too.
Just follow your breath.
And follow the energy of hibernation.
And then slowly start to connect with the groundhog next to you.
And know that this energy of calming down,
Slowing down,
Can be your foundation to start a day.
It helps you to come back to your own space.
Your you.
The beautiful light that you bring to this world.
The fire within that can be lightened up here in this peace and calm.
When you look at the beautiful groundhog that is sitting next to you,
Who has this twinkle in its eyes,
You can feel the energy flowing in you.
And being protected by your own set boundaries.
The groundhog helps you navigate the tunnels to go back outside in the beautiful nature.
And you give him a big hug.
Groundhog lets you know that you can connect within a flick of your fingers to be here in the calm space together with groundhog.
He says you goodbyes and the groundhog goes back into its own home.
And you slowly start to get up,
Walking your own path.
Your own journey to your home.
Connection with nature stays with you.
The healing energy around you stays with you.
The fire that is burning,
The light that is shining from your core stays with you.
It all stays safely to be shared with the world.
With your own set boundaries.
And then take a breath in and slowly start to connect with your chair,
The chair that is sitting on or the bed you're laying on.
Start connecting with the sounds in your room.
Before you open your eyes,
Wiggle your body a little bit.
Just go side to side.
Let that energy flow through you like a figure eight.
And then take another deep breath in and slowly open your eyes.
Welcome back.
