Welcome to your meditation with the beautiful bull.

Feel how your feet are sitting on the ground and how you are really with every breath arriving in this space.

Every breath is your rhythm.

It is really a beautiful song of calling home.

Take a breath in and follow the breath.

Feel how it goes into the nose and how it is calming you down.

And if you breathe in,

Then have a little pause.

Follow how the breath is sitting there.

See how it all is going slower and slower.

Connecting with the breath gives you little anchors to anchor yourself in.

And if you haven't done so,

Please close your eyes.

And notice with closing your eyes,

You are even coming more home.

You settle in more.

And when you breathe in,

Set the intention of asking all the little parts of you that have been scattered around to come home.

Feel with every breath you take,

You are becoming more and more whole.

The relaxation of being one.

One in this place of the meditation.

And feel how your feet are connecting with the earth.

Feel how your roots are going into the ground deeper and deeper.

And notice how the earth is supporting you back by sending energy through the roots,

Through your feet.

Feel how that energy is entering your body and finding its way all the way up from your feet to the top of your head.

And then notice how from the top of the head you are connected to the universe.

That energy also streams from the top of the head all the way down to your feet.

And it becomes this beautiful figure eight of energy.

The energy from so above and so below.

The energy of the sun and the earth.

The energy that brings in the yin and the yang.

It's a beautiful energy to bring you back into balance.

Just take a moment to follow that energy.

Just for a few breaths.

Just be here.

Be present.

Beautiful.

And I invite you in your mind's eye to envision this beautiful place of nature.

This beautiful world that is just filled with colors.

With beautiful trees.

But also little shrubs and flowers.

All the elements are here.

There is water and air.

Fire.

Walking into this place,

This is your sanctuary.

This is your safe place to be.

You're welcomed by nature.

It's like a warm blanket around you.

Just notice that you've traveled to this beautiful world.

A world that is living right into your heart.

It's such an easy way of tapping into this beautiful world.

The world of balance.

The world of being nurtured.

The world that you can be you.

And while you're walking around,

Just pay attention to what is grabbing your attention.

And while you're walking around here,

There is this beautiful tree that is calling for your attention.

It's the willow tree.

It's standing really close to a beautiful,

Beautiful water source.

I mean,

You look at this tree from a distance.

It has this really interesting shape.

Just pay attention.

What kind of shape are you seeing?

And what is this shape telling you?

And while you're getting closer and closer to the tree and to the water source,

You notice that underneath the tree is this beautiful bull standing.

It's eating grass.

And it's just calmly,

Calmly looking at you.

And you just notice that it's so peaceful.

And you really feel this heart-to-heart connection.

Take your time and walk up to this beautiful animal.

Pay attention to its horns and the color of its eyes.

The way its fur is presented to you.

And you can walk all the way up.

You can give it a cuddle or put your fingers through the fur.

Just take your time to say hello and get to know this beautiful animal.

And while you're being invited by the cow to really come up close and say hello,

The cow also invites you to climb on its back.

And it's so easy to climb on its back.

And as soon as you feel your balance and you're sitting,

The beautiful bull starts walking.

It has such an amazing rhythm.

And this rhythm really makes you more and more relaxed.

And before you know it,

You kind of feel how you're laying back with your face looking up to the sky on the back of this beautiful bull.

And it's almost like it's a lullaby where you just walk and walk.

And with this rhythm,

You're being transported to a new world.

It's a beautiful world where you can connect with your heart and the heart of the bull.

And you're walking around and together with the bull,

You kind of ponder these questions.

Am I being as productive as I can be?

Do I maybe need to sow some new seeds?

Am I being stubborn or do I just want to be productive?

Am I being rigid?

Is there maybe a need to become more sensitive?

Or am I rushing when I should just take a breath and wait for things to be arriving at its own time?

And just take your time to ponder these questions.

Just connect with them and feel how you're communicating with the bull for your answers.

And then start to notice that you're slowly coming around back to the willow tree.

You start sitting back up.

And you start to notice how the wisdom shared with the bull is finding its way to your heart and finding a place to settle for you to work with,

To tap into.

And then you stretch your arms above you and you find this beautiful branch of the willow tree and you hold on to it while the bull keeps walking.

Just for a moment,

You're kind of hanging on the branch of the willow tree and this beautiful tree kind of bends forwards and slowly puts you back on the ground.

It's magical to see the bull and the willow tree together.

Take a moment and say thanks and your appreciation to the tree and to the bull.

And then you're going to find your own path again.

The path of your journey.

Just connect with it.

Feel how easy your journey and your path is at this moment.

With this new energy,

With this new wisdom that has arrived with you.

And then take a deep breath in and start connecting with your chair you're sitting on or the floor you're laying on.

Start connecting with the sounds in your room.

And then really take a deep breath in.

And then when you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes and welcome home.

The connection between Bull and Willow felt so unexpected at first and then the quiet strength of each came together. Standing deeply still and sure and speaking only when the words are ready to come forth from a place of truth and wisdom. These are part of the message I was hearing. This was incredible and moving. Thank you again, Renée for your guidance on this magical journey today🤎💚✨🌟
