Sandi Gold

Sandi Gold is an artist and published author. She’s been featured in The New York Times, People Magazine, and ABC Television’s 20/20, where her show was among the top three programs the year it aired. She has also been interviewed on National Public Radio and its Connecticut affiliate and has been a keynote speaker for the Calgary Cancer Center in Canada. She has spoken at Brown University, and the Brain Tumor Society in Boston and has been interviewed on many podcasts. In 1986 five neurologists told Sandi she had six months to a year to live. Years later, two doctors insisted she get a mastectomy, but she declined. Just five months later she was cancer-free using a natural treatment. What she learned from her experience, she now teaches others through her book, art, and personal essays.
