To another morning mini with a few minute.

We'll take a moment just to arrive.
And if that means taking a little wiggle.
You can take a little wiggle.
Our theme this morning.
Is soft.
Beginning.
Everything.
Can be soft.
Everything can be easeful.
Even if it's just for a few minutes together.
Roll the shoulders for a moment.
You know,
This is one of my favorites.
It's simple.
And I love that idea of shrugging away any weight that settled on our shoulders.
From here we're just going to take a little stretch with the neck.
So we're going to let our right ear just fall.
Or a right shoulder.
So it's just.

A little setting of the weight to the side.
If you wish,
You can take a hand and just rest.
We're not pulling the head,
We're just adding a little extra weight if you like,
You don't have to.
Then from here,
Just gently take it to the other side.
No big movements.
No elaborate postures.
Taking our time.
Soft beginning.
This is enough.
In this moment.
We'll gently release.
Maybe just one more roll.
You can do that little wiggle and flex with the hand if you like.
Let's get those clicky wrists.
And when you're ready.
We're just going to take a few breaths here.
Maybe imagining the shoulders.
Something.
The jaw softening.
Our neck softening.
Any muscles around the tummy or the hips or the legs.
Soften.
Gently,
Softly meeting the morning.
Meet in the morning.
With curiosity.
Not urgency.
With Peace.
And as we begin as softly as we can this morning,
Give yourself a moment,
Perhaps.
To ask yourself.
What?
Would feel kind.
This morning.
Could you help yourself land softly this morning?
Could be a task to delegate.
It could be making yourself a list.
Of just the things that need to be done.
You could leave other things.
For another day.
Or maybe starting the day with a treat that brings you joy.
Your favourite drink or your favourite breakfast.
Or booking yourself into a yoga class that you enjoy.
As we take our easeful breaths this morning.
Imagine stepping into your morning.
With ease and softness.
As we begin.
Softly.
Good morning.
Is here.
A new day has arrived.
And you are allowed.
To meet it gently.
So let's take a lovely big inhale and reach high.
Exhale,
Let the hands fall away.
Open the eyes if they're closed and.
