Feel into your body as you're getting comfortable.
Feel what it feels like as you inhale.
And feel what it feels like as you exhale.
And feel what it feels like as you inhale.
Allowing this breath to guide this practice.
Just feel in and notice the different places where that breath can touch.
Where in your body are you holding tension right now that you want to release?
Allow that breath to be the vehicle as it releases the tension from your physical body.
Relaxing you deeper and deeper.
And now perhaps you deepen your breath.
Feeling your inhales reaching all the way down into your belly.
Feeling up like a big Buddha belly.
And then releasing navel towards spine,
Allowing that excess energy to come up and out as you exhale.
Inhaling again deeply down into your belly.
Feeling expansion as you call in that prana,
That life force energy.
And then releasing as you exhale whatever is no longer serving you.
Feeling yourself inhaling again deep down into your belly.
And perhaps now you can feel a little expansion in your lower ribs as well.
And then releasing lower ribs,
Belly and out.
Inhale again deep down into your belly.
And your lower ribs.
And then exhale.
Lower ribs,
Belly and out.
Inhale again deep down,
Belly.
Lower ribs.
And feeling that expansion making its way up to your chest,
Filling up with as much oxygen as you can.
And then release.
Chest.
Lower ribs.
And belly.
And release.
And belly.
Again,
Inhale,
Belly.
Ribs.
And chest.
Exhale.
Chest.
Ribs.
And belly.
Inhale.
And belly.
Ribs.
And chest.
Exhale.
Chest.
And ribs.
And belly.
And now let that all fade as you begin to see,
Sense,
And feel yourself.
In a sacred place in nature.
Allow wherever you are just to become clearer and clearer.
Take notice of what time of day it is.
What can you see in the sky right now?
What can you see around you right now?
What kind of plant life?
Animal life?
Mineral life?
What is around you?
What can you see in the sky right now?
What can you see around you right now?
What kind of plant life?
Animal life?
Mineral life?
What is around you right now?
Allow that to come into focus.
Just getting familiar with the new space.
Allow the feelings of this place to make their way into your consciousness.
What does your heart feel like?
What does it feel like to be in this place?
What does it feel like to be in this sacred place of nature?
The feelings of this place to make their way into your consciousness.
What does your heart feel like as you're here looking at all of the beauty around you in this sacred place of nature?
What does your heart feel like as you're here looking at all of the beauty around you in this sacred place of nature?
Feel your heart expanding from this place.
Opening up.
Your heart is a portal.
It will take you exactly where you are looking to go.
Feel that expansion as you're opening up to all of the possibilities.
Feel what that feels like in your body right now.
How does it feel in your heart space?
Now bring it to the different things you can touch.
What does the earth feel like?
If you crouch to the ground and place your hands on it,
What does the earth feel like under your hands?
What does the earth feel like under your feet?
What can you touch from where you are?
Is it the bark on a tree?
Perhaps it's feeling the sand between your toes.
Perhaps you can feel a soft breeze as it touches your skin.
What are you feeling in this place?
What are you feeling on the earth?
From where you are.
Allow your intuition to guide you to move in a direction.
There doesn't have to be a path.
There doesn't have to be a very clear way for you to move.
Allow your intuition to be the fuel that guides you.
As you make your way through.
As you are moving from where you are,
Take notice of what the different sensations are now that we're bringing movement into this place.
What does the earth feel like now?
What does your heart feel like now?
What are you feeling?
What are you feeling?
What different sensations are coming up for you?
What is your mind?
You can feel a shadowy figure.
It's not quite clear exactly what this figure is yet.
But you can feel that it's a benevolent being.
You can sense that it feels a little bit like home.
You can feel that it feels like a place that you can feel.
Continue to move towards that shadowy figure.
Eventually allowing it to become clearer and clearer.
You can feel that it feels like a place that you can feel.
It feels like a place that you can feel.
Not always.
Available to us in the ways that we think they are.
They can be so many things.
It can be an element.
Perhaps you're seeing fire.
Or water.
You can feel the fire.
There are so many different options.
The limit does not exist.
Limitations only exist in your mind.
In this space,
There are no limitations.
Allow this being to show themselves to you.
And I invite you.
To open your heart portal.
To open your heart portal.
And love.
I invite you to have a conversation asking this guide what their name is or what they would like you to call them.
Perhaps they have messages to share with you.
Or they have messages to share with you.

It is nice to receive messages.
From whoever is gifting them to you.
In whatever way.
First it's asking.
Let's just see what receiving feels like.
There's always time that we ask for things.
But our guides know exactly what we need.
And we need to know what we need.
Allow this guide to show you ways that you can heal yourself.
And allow this guy to share with you what exactly it is that you were healing in this moment.
Perhaps it's something that you're familiar with.
You know,
You're healing.
Perhaps.
It is something.
That was unconscious.
Whatever this is,
It is in the greatest good for all.
It is in the greatest good for the evolution of your soul.
Allow your guide to share with you.
Whatever needs to be shared right now.
Perhaps you are being shown a visualization of something.
Perhaps.
You are being brought through a healing.
On the earth with your guides.
With your guide.
Allow this to unfold without altering it or changing it.
And allow this to unfold.

Allow this beautiful healing energy.
Allow this healing energy.
To nourish you mind,
Body,
And spirit.
Allow this healing.
And allow this healing energy to be absorbed into your heart space.
At first you just begin to feel it.
You can feel how bright it is in your heart space.
And you can feel how powerful it is in your body.
And radiating inward.
It illuminates the flow of energy within your body.
And you can see exactly where there might be stuck or stagnant energy that needs to be released.
Wherever you see this.
And you can feel the energy.
Know that you are your own healer and your breath is one of the greatest tools that you have to help heal your body.
Allow your breath to guide.
As you release.
Whatever is blocking and infuse it with more light.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.

Exhale.
Now visualize.
All of that radiant energy flowing freely and fully throughout your body.
Feeling renewed.
And restored.
Feeling as bright as your light is.
Take a moment.
To just feel how your heart feels in this space now.
Take a moment.
As you begin to make your way back to your sacred place in nature.
Retracing your steps all along the way so you remember everywhere that you have been.
Allow this guide to guide you back,
Back to the sacred place,
Back home to yourself.
And once you make your way back,
You can see that you've got your two fists out in front of you.
As you open up your left hand,
There's an offering in the palm of your left hand to leave your guide because energy is an exchange.
And so it's always nice to leave an offering for those who help your healing.
So you leave an offering for your guide as well as your gratitude and your love.
And you release them back where they came from,
Knowing that you can connect with them anytime that you are seeking them.
They are always here for you.
They are a part of you.
They live inside of you.
And you can access them through that heart space of yours.
As you look down into your right palm,
You notice that there's another offering,
An offering to leave the earth,
To leave Pachamama,
Mother Earth,
Our planet.
And we always in these journeys and in these spaces honor the the the the the the the the the the The ancestors whose land we are on here where I am in New York,
I honor the Munsee Lenape tribe,
As well as the Wappinger tribe.
Wherever you are,
Take a moment to leave an offering for Mother Earth to honor the ancestors whose land you are on.
Show them gratitude.
Show them love.
Now feel the breath making its way back into your body as you breathe in deeply down into your belly.
And as you exhale,
Bring small movements back to your body,
Gently wiggling fingers and toes.
When you're ready and only when you're ready,
You can make your way back to a comfortable seat.
