Today we're talking about why do things end when we don't want them to.

Everything ends and begins.

The sun sets in the evening and rises at dawn.

Everything ends and begins,

Closes and opens,

Dies and is born.

This is the cycle of rebirth that moves in all aspects of your life all the time.

If you are noticing something in your life is ending,

Trust that there is something else beginning.

Do not fear endings,

Do not fear beginnings.

Everything ends and begins.

I find this particular channeling to be incredibly comforting and incredibly helpful to use as a tool when we start to go into a fear space about things falling away.

As we discussed earlier,

2019 was a lot of things falling away.

Some of you lost relationships,

Some of you lost work situations,

Some of you moved from places you lived in a long time and then there's this sense of all this loss and all this grief and a lot of you lost identities related to all those people you were with or work you did or places you lived.

You lost identities.

As these identities just got dropped one after the other and some of you didn't want to let go of,

You wanted to still be wearing that particular jacket of identity.

You wanted to still have that put on and the universe just very firmly without discussion said no,

That's over.

We all know when things are over,

The more we fight to hang on to them,

The worse it gets.

The universe is always nudging us to what's new.

But it's helpful to recall when you have a big loss to go into memory of your life and go into meditation on your life and look at all the places where the pattern existed,

Where something was lost,

Maybe you lost a job recently and then you can go into this pattern of all the ways you were learning this lesson,

What it means to lose a job or I'm just using job as an example,

It could be anything and look at how you've dealt with it in the past and how you're dealing with it now.

Some people say that every seven years we repeat a lesson until we get it,

Other people say it's a cycle of nines but this idea of repeating lessons come and we keep getting these lessons until we figure it out.

So if you had a lot of loss recently,

Things changing,

Identities being taken away,

It's always great to look back to the most recent time in your history when this also happened and then the time before that and the time before that and just start to notice how you were okay over time even when it seemed the most heartbreaking that the relationship was over for example.

Over time,

Life continued and you moved on and you continued to grow and learn.

Everything ends and begins,

The universe is always nudging us towards higher ways of our own expression and that means we can't be stuck in the same situations over and over and over forever.

You have to let go and move into what's new.

Everything ends and begins.

If something has been taken away,

Trust that you are starting on a new journey and that the universe is taking you there.
