Just a little bit of time to step off the world and give yourself a much needed and much deserved break from life.
An opportunity to step away from everything.
Step away from trying to please people.
Step away from trying to achieve,
Succeed,

None of that matters here.
You are so welcome to just be yourself,
Exactly the way you are right now.
So welcome.
I am so happy that you're here.
Allowing yourself this time to connect to yourself and just be you.
What if I told you that you have everything you need inside of yourself right now?
What if I told you that you have the power to heal yourself?
What if I told you that in this meditation,
In this short amount of time,
You can profoundly heal and transform yourself?
Would you believe me?
Could you believe me?
Because that's all it's really about.
Belief.
You can choose to believe anything you want.
You can choose to change your beliefs about yourself and the power that lies within you.
Right here,
Right now,
With me,
In this very moment.
You can choose to change the way you've believed your whole life.
Your heart is so incredibly big and beautiful.
Capable of so much love and healing.
Your heart is so much stronger and more resilient than you know.
It doesn't matter how much heartbreak you've endured over the course of your existence.
Because your heart is still whole.
Still pumping life throughout your whole body.
And your mind,
Your mind is so powerful and adaptable.
Able to change its way of thinking.
To alter its perspective anytime you want it to.
No matter the programming,
Conditioning or false information you've learnt over your lifetime.
Your mind has the strength and flexibility to unlearn and learn again.
And your soul.
Your soul shines so incredibly brightly that no matter how much darkness you've known,
You are and always will be bathed in the light that is your true essence.
Nothing and no one can ever tarnish you.
Your heart,
Your mind and your soul are invincible.
And it's time for you to embrace your bright,
Beautiful,
Resilient,
Powerful and magical light.
So that's what we're going to go and do right now in this meditation.
We're going to purify and cleanse our hearts,
Minds and our souls.
So we can start fresh from this very moment.
We're going to cleanse ourselves pure.
We're going to wash away all the darkness and toxicity and negative thinking that is continually dimming your beautiful,
Powerful light.
You see,
There's a place that lives inside of you.
A place you can access any time you want.
Any time of day.
Wherever you are.
It's always there.
Living within you.
And you can go there whenever you need to cleanse yourself and rid yourself of what no longer serves you.
It's the most transformational,
Magical and sacred place where you can go whenever you feel tarnished,
Tainted,
Run down or shadowed by darkness.
This magical and mystical place is called the Waterfall of Light.
And it lives within your imagination.
All too often we underestimate the power of the imagination to change our world.
So all I ask of you is to keep an open mind.
To try and let go of any resistance.
Allow yourself to surrender into your inner world to find healing and solace there.
Go into your mind's eye.
Delve into your imagination and see this waterfall of light that resides within you.
It's without doubt the most breathtakingly beautiful waterfall you've ever seen.
But instead of water,
There is only light cascading down from the sky above.
A warm glowing light that flows just like water.
Flowing from the heavens into a peaceful pool of light and healing.
This is the place you go to absolve yourself of fear,
Guilt,
Shame,
Judgement,
Criticism,
Insecurity,
Darkness,
Loneliness,
Disconnection,
Despair.
Anything that weighs heavy on your shoulders you can bring to the waterfall of light.
So are you ready to cleanse yourself?
To start fresh,
Pure,
Clean and free?
If you are,
Then I invite you to use your imagination now.
To step into that beautiful pool of warm light.
Submerge yourself and allow that warm divine light to permeate into every fibre of your being.
And wash your mind,
Heart and soul clean.
Perhaps you choose to stand under the waterfall of light flowing from above.
Showering yourself in its healing power.
Or perhaps you choose to float on your back effortlessly.
Relaxing in pure peace as the pure light cleans every part of your being.
There is no wrong or right way of doing this.
This is your inner world.
There are no rules,
Wrongs or rights here.
Just immerse yourself in the light.
Nothing but warm,
Healing light.
Allow the light to saturate all of your being.
And your heart,
Your mind and your soul being cleansed,
Renewed and absolved of all pain,
Darkness and heaviness.
And now,
My beautiful,
Brave,
Fellow traveller.
It's time to step out the waterfall.
To step out of the pool of light.
Rise up now,
Feeling nothing but bright,
Powerful,
Invincible light coursing through every single cell in your body.
Feel yourself cleansed of all darkness.
Feel yourself light and free.
And let us take three deep breaths together.
Sealing this light within us before we return back to the world outside of ourselves.
We're going to breathe as deeply as we can in through the nose.
And then sigh out.
Deep breath in.
And let go.
Deep breath in.
And let go.
And one more time,
Deep breath in.
And let go.
It is done.
You have been cleansed and purified.
Ready to go back out there to experience this big,
Beautiful place called life.
And remember,
The waterfall of light lives within you.
And you can return anytime you want to cleanse your heart,
Your mind and your soul.
